They gave us a honeymoon suite (regular room) at the end of a corridor with a musty stinky smell in which the marble floor had not been cleaned or washed for half a year. They washed it (even brought slippers) when I showed a napkin at the reception, which I once ran across the floor. They gave me a room with a broken refrigerator. This hotel is cheap on everything. The grass and that all turned yellow without watering. The food is monotonous, the chicken is specially scorched on the grill so that they don’t eat a lot of burnt. Alcohol is a separate issue. There is simply NO alcohol. Diluted swill in plastic bottles, already in bottles diluted with tea to the state of slops with a strength of 10-12 degrees. Finding a clean plate in the dining room is a problem. You turn it sideways to the light and you will see all its "purity". I would not have focused on this if I had not spent 3 days in the room appreciating the merits of a marble bathroom with a bidet))) The hotel is filled with Ukrainians (they are hiding from the war in Egypt) and Kazakhs, 90% at the reception, there is not a single Russian-speaking gastreleyshin (Ukrainian and Kazakh speaking, all the more so))) But when some kind of European appeared - an Italian or a German, the servants almost tiptoe behind them with a chamber pot, BECAUSE any claim from a European and the hotel will give back the cost of the tour and even so much will give from above for moral damage. Only we tolerate everything, for our money (at the same price as the Europeans), to put it mildly, they deceive us, they do not respect us. Let's make a proposal to the deputies to create a "black" list of hotels with which tour operators will be "recommended" NOT to work. We will TEACH both tour operators and snickering hoteliers with a ruble (or dollar), increase the level of service to the declared 5 stars !! ! ! To force respect for any tourist who pays for 10 days of rest the ANNUAL salary of a hotel worker.
