Far not the first time were in Egypt. I liked the hotel in general. Now a little about everything that was on vacation. Check-in without problems and additional fees, despite early check-in. The bracelet was put on after breakfast, because breakfast was not included, but lunch started at 10-30, so it was possible to have a snack without any problems. The situation is the same with departure. The flight was late. No one took away our bracelets, and we could continue to use absolutely everything. The room is chic, super soft huge bed and a huge bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower, which was very convenient. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, cleaned daily, towels changed and mini cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo and body lotion) delivered as soon as pumped. There was never a time when something ended and you had to ask for it. The view from the balcony was of the main pool which was heated. We had a room on the second floor, and those who had rooms on the first floor (they have this "0" floor) could lie on sun loungers right on the terrace of their room. Bar next to the pool. Super staff and reception and on site! Especially the administrator in the restaurant and the waiter, who served daily. Always friendly and attentive. The waiter in the first two days remembered what we were drinking, and brought drinks as soon as he saw that we had come) The menu is varied. Grill at lunch and in the evening daily. Constantly something new. Separate racks with pizza and pasta (the pasta was excellent, it was prepared in portions for each separately, who came up and ordered it). On the grill they cooked chicken, various cutlets, kebab. I really liked the meat with vegetables (cooked in front of us in a pan). French fries, rice and mashed potatoes daily. There was always fish in batter. Once a week there was roast beef, crabs and grilled duck. Huge selection of sweets. Alcoholic drinks, like any hotel. If local drinks are included, then I didn’t feel much difference in different hotels (the beer is good, and the rest is “Egyptian”, that is, everything is diluted and very similar in taste). The restaurant served wine (did not try). The territory is large, because. it was possible to use the entire territory of the neighboring Sonesta (Luxury is in fact a hotel within a hotel). This was a big plus, since we could use their territory, bars, restaurant and beach, but they did not have ours. There was always a free place in our restaurant and there was always enough food for everyone, and there was nowhere for an apple to fall on their restaurant terrace. Now for the cons. It is, of course, the beach. The tiny beach of Sonesta is closer to the sea than ours, but there some of the sun loungers are disgusting and stuck one to one. Part of the Luxury beach was the furthest from the sea, but it has much better sun loungers. The entrance is coral, shoes are definitely needed. If you sail a little to the left of the beach, you can see a gorgeous reef and a variety of inhabitants of the underwater world. Very beautiful! This made up for the disappointment at first sight of the beach. Well done animators! We tried very hard. Once there was a show with folk dances, on other days various shows and competitions were held. We went on an excursion. Quad bike safari, camel ride and show program in the desert. We were satisfied with the tour itself, because. there were only the two of us and the guy who accompanied us (they chased us through the desert from the heart), and the fact that it cost two times cheaper than the guide. Right on the beach there is a tent that offers excursions. I highly recommend, they worked 110% and. In conclusion, I can say that the hotel is definitely recommended! I read the negative reviews and did not understand at all how it was possible to gain so much negativity in a week. And the service personnel just need to communicate like a human being, with a smile. And a smile plus $ 1 can generally work wonders, although no one demanded a tip))))
