We rested at the end of May - at the beginning of June with a young man. Before leaving, I read bad reviews and was ready... We arrived at 9-00, and settled at 12-00. the room that we asked for was busy, but they were ready to settle in the standard right away. Immediately put on bracelets and wait for check-in was not so stressful; )
There are really a lot of elderly foreigners in the hotel. There are very few Russians and Ukrainians, approximately 10%. There is really nothing to do in the evenings. Animation is weak. The most polite staff in the central bar (under the reception) had no problems with them, inconveniences, but the bar near the pool... the staff is arrogant and rude. We practically didn't go there. A discriminatory attitude is indeed present, but not among all staff.
The rooms were cleaned every day. There are no complaints about cleaning. The food is normal. Dinner is very plentiful. The sea is great!! ! Awesome reef, fish... there were always enough sunbeds, there were no problems with mattresses and towels. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing family holiday and young people who can entertain themselves.
