That is, they gave chocolates, although there was no need to give anything at all, because almost all rooms overlook the sea. While we went to have dinner, while we sat down on the street to rest, we came to the room - there was no water in the tap! And this happened very often! Probably because the Tiran Hotel was renovated, and this is one network and, possibly, one water line. Tiran is on the second line, they were doing repairs when we were in Melton. The mattresses are awful, hard, smelly. The bed was chosen so as not to creak. The furniture is cushioned. Of the new only plumbing. It was impossible to sleep at night - mosquitoes stuck, even though we took records with us. They fly through the cracks, through the air conditioner, under the door, in short, they are everywhere. We asked for a better TV and newer chairs with a table on the balcony.
2. Beach: large, but stones, corals, it is more comfortable to rest only on the right side of the pantone. The sunbeds are old, the paint has peeled off, the mattresses are tattered here and there, there is no beauty. Sheds are old, if only they were painted with white paint. The towels were stained and smelly. The hotel is in urgent need of renovation! Change everything! There was wind. Red flag a couple of times. One plus is the sea, reef, fish. Everything!
3. Food: we set up food, because Sunrise bought it, there was a lot of food, there were no queues, because there were few people, they were definitely not hungry. Breakfast is the same, tired. Lunch and dinner are varied. There is a lot of meat, sweets, vegetables, fruits - apples, tired bananas, I saw guava three times, then they didn’t give it at all. All cocktails based on Sprite (( All seasoned people recommended Gin with lime and it was not bad if the gin was not watered down.
4. Staff: smiling, friendly. Waiter Ali - humorous, smart, sorry went on vacation. The bartender Said did his best. Many are good, but I don't remember the names. There were instances who asked for a dollar for nothing or cigarettes, they said five times that they did not smoke, but he still asked. Everyone wants and waits for money. Cleaning in the rooms is normal, they left a dollar, chocolate. They asked to decorate, but on March 8, they didn’t decorate, although they left money, asked the administrator to correct the situation, made beauty, although the mood improved.

Animation: Of course, we tried at the beginning: yoga, exercises, aqua aerobics, playing on the sand to knock out stones, I forgot the name, but there were competitions twice in the evening, we participated very actively so as not to get bored at all, won alcohol prizes, brought them for presents . The manager of the animators is nasty. He spoke Russian only when it suited him. Boring things! On March 8, they didn’t come up with anything at all!
6. Swimming pool: 2 small ones + one small one for children. Chilly.

The room is of course old, but everything worked: TV-new led (there are our channels), the refrigerator cooled perfectly (when you checked in, it had water and 3 cans: sprite, cola, Fanta). Hairdryer, plumbing in good condition, safe worked. Since we were vacationing with a family with a teenage son, we had to contact the reception 3 times for an extra bed to bring and give bedding and towels. Bedding and towels are clean, not new, but intact. The room was cleaned well, water and accessories were replenished (already with the Sunrise logo) There was no brush in the bathroom, they asked for it, they brought it. The beach for two hotels, clean, the sunbeds were wooden (shabby) and plastic - normal (on one of the days they were even washed). Mattresses could be chosen in good condition, decent towels. The pontoon is short, a little loose, there is a knee-deep lagoon for children. The sea is gorgeous, in Sharm for the 4th time, all the hotels were chosen with good reefs, but this one impressed, even for ourselves we can’t decide which reef we liked the most Temple or Ras Nasrani with Ras Bob. Filmed over 5 hours of underwater video. Snorkeling to Siwa (from the pontoon to the right of the Ras Bob reef) and to Cape Ras Nasrani (to the left), there was a strong oncoming current. The reef is lively, colorful, many different fish, Napoleon and balistod sailed, no moray eels and stingrays were seen on this trip. The bay is windless, the red flag was raised 1 time in the evening, in the morning it was calm again. The restaurant is located under the lighthouse, a table was always chosen on an open terrace overlooking the sea, the dishes were clean without chips, the tables were wiped in front of us. The food is excellent, we didn’t even expect it, there are a lot of dishes, we didn’t manage to try everything, there are no queues. Breakfast is standard like in all hotels, but only here they gave smoked mackerel. Lunch and dinner - surprised, as for a budget hotel, vegetables: fresh, pickled (olives, lemons, onions), steamed, fried, grilled. Meat (beef, chicken, lamb) and fish (tuna, mackerel, pangasius, etc. ) 4-5 kinds of dishes at the same time. Kashi, pasta, soups. For a week there were crabs 3 times, a couple of times a salad with seafood, although some vacationers collected all the shrimp from the salads on display. Squid every day (stewed, fried with vegetables and battered with sesame). Shaurma, kebab, barbecue, turkey alternated. Whole fruits were served: persimmons, oranges, tangerines, bananas, pomegranates, plums, apples, guava, melon (cut). Strawberries were chopped with cream in glasses. The pastries are very varied and delicious. We are lovers of delicious food, we liked the food especially the grill. Alcohol, as everywhere in Egypt (they took their own), the wine in the restaurant was white, pink and red - not bad, though they were poured into glass glasses, not glasses (although salads were served in glasses). The beer is good, it was always in the restaurant, in the lobby bar from time to time, and they never caught it on the beach bar (they either ran out of it or will have it in 10 minutes). By the way, the animation is one for two hotels: in the morning on the beach, in the evening at the hotel on the second line, we didn’t go because we spent a lot of energy on snorkeling and went to bed early. You can walk to Soho (30 min), the road (asphalt) is lit by lanterns, except for one section near the towers (walk along the path). Walk 40 minutes to minibuses. There is a taxi in front of the hotel. We went to George Clooney without a prior phone call, we just went to the fork with the boat at 17-00 a bus drove up, the driver said "potatoes" we and other vacationers sat down and drove for free, they also brought us back to the fork. Promenade along the sea: we walked to the right to Siwa along the villas, silence, you can hear the sound of the surf, on the right we reached the hotel where renovation is underway, there the equipment cut the road, we didn’t go to the Baron hotel. By the way, the renovation did not interfere with our rest, it was quiet. In general, we are very satisfied with the rest, the reef met all our expectations, we liked the hotel (it would be a little updated). The hotel is on the outskirts, walking distance to Soho was 50 minutes. So of course if you go to hang out, then this hotel will be boring. And of course the sea. There were a lot of good things written in the reviews. This is really an amazing underwater world with many inhabitants, the best I have seen in 10 times in Egypt.
There is only one conclusion: if you do not find fault with trifles, go for a relaxing holiday and the beauties of the Red Sea, then I would boldly recommend this hotel to my friends. It was a wonderful vacation.

The beach is 10 meters from the building, 50 meters to the pontoon. The hotel bay is closed from the wind and waves by the Ras Nazran Cape. And if the neighboring hotels - Baron, Sensatori and Coral Beach - had waves and closed pontoons, then we almost always had a calm. In the morning we put on our hydriki in our room and went to the pontoon. We swam for 1.5-2 hours in both directions from the pontoon, to the right to the Siwa pontoon and to the left to the Baron. The places are incredibly beautiful. We saw eagle rays, white and black moray eels, spotted stingray, groupers, Napoleons, a small funny electric and other stand. kit. The turtle was unlucky this year, in the past we met 2 times, sailing to the Siwa pontoon.

In Bacchus, the assortment of alcohol has become worse compared to last year, but there is a choice and prices are normal. We went a couple of times to J. Clooney's store. Take a hotel taxi for free. They take you back in a bus. Now J. Clooney has a new store next to the old one, very spacious, but the queues at the cashier are still long after lunch. Better to go in the morning, were after 11 - there were few people. Mango was bought at $1 per kg. Home before leaving bought about 10 kg.
Nearby, the former Sirena Hotel is being renovated. There will be Pick Albatros with a water park. They went to his pontoon without problems and swam from it downstream to their own. A couple of times we caught adrenaline at the Cape of Ras Nazran. The current there is very strong and cold and takes it out to sea. This place is better to swim over the corals. We followed the Baron to Ras Gamila Bay. The water was very muddy, nothing interesting to see. They said that everything would get boring in 15 days, and I would gladly stay for another week. The places are incredibly beautiful. We saw eagle rays, white and black moray eels, spotted stingray, groupers, Napoleons, a small funny electric and other stand. kit. The turtle was unlucky this year, in the past we met 2 times, sailing to the Siwa pontoon.

Nearby, the former Sirena Hotel is being renovated. There will be Pick Albatros with a water park. They went to his pontoon without problems and swam from it downstream to their own. A couple of times we caught adrenaline at the Cape of Ras Nazran. The current there is very strong and cold and takes it out to sea. This place is better to swim over the corals. We followed the Baron to Ras Gamila Bay. The water was very muddy, nothing interesting to see. They said that everything would get boring in 15 days, and I would gladly stay for another week.
