We rested with my son from 06/16/2018 to 06/23/2018. Purposefully chose this hotel because of the reef, the sea and the location of the hotel. I read reviews, negative reviews and knew everything about the hotel in advance. 300 Arabs got to the Ramadan holiday and the two of us. Now in order:
1. Tour operator TPG, flew by UIA. Initially, the tickets were for a 15-00 departure on board PS6011, the travel agency assured that this tour operator had no changes. As a result, I waited for the penultimate day and let's call the agency that this board is not there. Indeed, no, there is PS6013 and departure at 18-05, respectively, and tickets change and the tour program. We left for Kyiv for a day in order to take a walk in Kyiv. If I had relied on a travel agency and waited for the plane, I would have flown away. Before leaving, I managed to pick up all the documents. But already when we flew back, we were not on board the plane, that is, there are tickets, but not at registration. The issue was resolved over 2 hours. The airport workers immediately forgot the Russian language, since my son knows English, I was aware of all the events. The tour operator of the meeting party Fleshtur came and resolved the issue. The tour operator is now figuring out why this happened, but I will not leave it like that.
2. We liked the hotel. I left the room and immediately the sea, 1 minute! Territory well-groomed. The sunbeds are old, and some of the plastic ones are simply broken, but this did not upset us! 300 empty sun beds, choose which one you like. The furniture in the rooms is old, the beds are comfortable, everything worked, there were gels and shampoos. Towels changed every day, towels with stains. No one wiped the dust, they arrived and left the dust remained. Leaving a thank you didn't work. In the morning we left and in the evening we came, we did not sit in the room. We didn't come to sit in the room! But, when the son left a mobile phone in a taxi, they returned it to the reception, they value their reputation, well done!! ! Internet at the reception did not work for three days. On the fourth day after I said that I would write reviews about the hotel in three languages, they turned it on. I asked for a paid Internet in the room, they didn’t sell it, but then we were warned that the paid one wouldn’t work either. Indeed, why turn on the Internet for two Ukrainians. On Wednesday, the guys from Kyiv arrived, it became more fun for us. On Thursday the Belarusians arrived. Artists for the Arabs were invited, and as the animator Irochka told us, you are very lucky. Thank you, Irochka supported us, took care of us.

Yes, on the penultimate day of our stay, the chief animator was changed, the last two days were more fun.
I hope the hotel management will do a good job in this direction.
3. We liked the food, they cooked well for the Arabs! The Arabs were given bananas, we are not. There was veal meat, three kinds of fish, liver, chicken, duck, quail. Meat and fish are grilled or stewed. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, vegetables, dairy products, pastries are super. I really liked the feta cheese. They don't have any sausages or sausages. Hard cheese is our processed cheese. But they have such cheese and sausage, what to do. Meat is enough and tasty meat, why this sausage. Vegetables were stewed or raw, all sorts of salads. Fruits included oranges, dates, melon, apples and watermelon. Soups are quite edible. Everything was fresh. Never got poisoned. Drinks are just not juices. No coffee. Alcohol diluted, who wants to relax and take a drink with you. They drank cola. A tour operator came to the hotel, they told him the problem of fruit treats, so for the last two days they have been rushing with us, as with "written sacks".
4. And the most important thing is the sea! The reef is fabulous, the sea is beautiful, beautiful, warm! The location of the hotel is good, the pontoon is not very long. Nearby in Sirena, the pontoon is three times longer.
5. I took excursions right on the beach from the Sheriff. For this free trial dive for 10 minutes, then my son liked it so much and he also dived for 20 minutes to 10 meters. I was afraid, but everything went fine, they looked after us like small children. Flashtur has the most expensive excursions. We refused them, no one threatened us, did not insist, as they write in other reviews.

We had a great time!! ! Spoiled the rest of the flight back!
