We also read the reviews, but the tour was already purchased. We flew to rest in a good mood, with the same mood we were met at the hotel. We were at the hotel at 9 am, we were sent for breakfast. Settled in a large room, where everything, contrary to the reviews, worked. The staff are all friendly, smiling, all our requests are only positive answers. Huge hello to Masha, Mahmoud at the reception, Bahr and Mahmed at the bar, animators Dima, Shams and Igor, our children were not bored with them. In terms of nutrition: there is not much food, but no one was hungry, fish, chicken, beef, lamb, grapes, melons, watermelons, dates, oranges, ice cream, etc. Cleanliness: the staff does not sit still, everything is rubbed, washed , cleaning the room every day (our room was 1103). I can't write anything bad, I liked everything. I rated 8 out of 10, I explain: 8 for what I described, and the two missing balls for a flaw, namely for repairs in the dining room, it needs a little cosmetic repairs. I recommend this hotel.
