We love to relax in Egypt, we always understood that there is a crisis in the tourist business of Egypt, that hotels are barely surviving, that the main thing is the sea, not service, that the star rating of hotels in the country is very conditional. But such a boorish-mocking attitude of the staff has never been seen anywhere else. What is already worth the fact that they settled in a room that was not cleaned after the previous guests! And they knew where they were going! Just returned silently with things to the reception, as the administrator with a disgruntled face shouted at us! After all, I knew that we would return to change the number! Moved to another room. They did not give money, so they lived with a view of the courtyard. The room is simple and good. Any TV. Safe working. Plumbing is working. Hair dryer is new. There were interruptions with warm water. Towels were not changed, even when left wet on the floor. They were simply put back on the shelf (5 * declared). Bottled water 1.5 liters was brought to the room. We had enough. There were animators. About food-drinks-"restaurant" in the reviews has already been written and rewritten. The cooks don't cook well. The food is good, but it gets better. There were fruits.
