I rested with my mother, 55 years old, and my daughter, 6 years old. I'll start with arrival - there were no surprises, we arrived on time on a morning flight at 10.00 (local time) and were already at the hotel. Knowing in advance that check-in before 14.00 would not be expected, we prepared for the worst, but still tried to find a common language at the reception. There was a young boy Ahmed, and the chocolate "Alenka" solved our problem with the settlement. We were settled somewhere around 11.00 in a good room, without any complaints about its quality near the beach. Having unpacked the suitcases, we went to inspect the territory, it is not small, green enough for Egypt, everything is clean, the pools are cleaned and cleaned regularly, and not during visits by vacationers,
as stated in the previous review.
Food - I will not say that it is super varied - but we have never been hungry. Drinks in the main restaurant - local production, as we were told when buying a ticket, but in the bars - good alcohol. juices - not diluted "Yupi", packaged, and freshly squeezed (for a fee). Everyone writes about the problem of drinking water - that it is paid. Yes, if you order it to your room. But for breakfast, lunch, dinner - there are 2 bottles on each table, nothing prevents you from taking it to your room, as we did, and the problem is solved.

The staff is very polite, not a single rude word addressed to us, the room is cleaned daily, very thorough, with a change of towels and washing the bath - I saw it myself. The air conditioner worked properly.
Of course, the fabulous sea is a reef, the only inconvenience is that in the afternoon yachts with divers begin to sail to our reef and a large number of people form, but I swam early in the morning at 6 am local time (our 9.00) and there were few people and the reef was still sleeping , you can see a lot of people. Napoleon lives under the pontoon, sometimes stingrays swim, a lot of butterfly fish, I saw clown fish in an anemone, it fascinates, in the evenings, by sunset - lionfish appear, if you swim to the right of the pantone - the most picturesque places and not so over, to the left - a strong current and quite cold. By the way, we bought a mask and fins at the hotel, down in the gallery of shops, though not very good. cheap, mask + snorkel - $20 and fins $15? if you walk to the Baron Hotel, it is to the left along the embankment, where you can buy a mask, snorkel, flippers for $25-30. But trust me, it's worth it.
The Tez-tour also unpleasantly surprised us with its passivity, the guide slept all the time, held an introductory meeting, handed out leaflets on excursions, and nothing more... But we were not upset, because there was a wonderful girl Tatyana (gast relation), our compatriot who helped in resolving any issues. Huge thanks to her.
Animation - it was, and not bad. The children's room is very good, there was a kids club on the beach, the children were invited there directly, and the games were in the pool and much more, thanks to the girls of the Sol & Luna animation team (especially Mia, Dasha and Chikita) The children were not bored, that's for sure.
In the evenings there were performances in the Amphitheater, we went to only one - the Egyptian show, we liked it, at least it was not an amateur performance. In the afternoon, they also entertained with aqua aerobics, there was yoga, belly dancing on the beach, in general, the guys tried, and the people did not get bored.

The main thing is to tune in to a positive rest and then you will really rest, and if you look for flaws and various little things, find fault with the staff that they didn’t look at you that way, or they said the wrong thing, the rest will be spoiled no matter what hotel you are relaxing in. I will definitely go back there again. The price-quality in this hotel fully justifies itself, and whoever wants to overpay the extra 10.000 can safely settle down in the neighboring Melia Sharm, which has just opened and will receive a slightly larger territory and the same beautiful reef.
We left back at 12.00, so there were no problems with the check-out, and those who took off on evening flights had to negotiate an extension of the room, but not for the amounts that the Tez-tour guide called - 10 euros / hour, although no one took off the bracelets until the very end and Everyone ate until dinner.
Have a good holiday everyone!
