We returned from the hotel today. Rested two families, each with two children 7 and 13 years old. We move away from negative emotions. Well, the hotel is by no means 5 stars, not even 4. Before that, we had a rest in Turkey and Egypt in four. So this hotel is far from them. Complete devastation....To begin with, do not believe the good reviews, the hotel workers come up and ask for improved internet to leave good reviews. For 10 nights I did not see anyone satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is complete poverty, the rooms are old, shabby, there is no cleaning in the room, dirt is everywhere. I took wet wipes and wiped off dust and dirt, but I still put things in bags, fu disgusting....Everything in the dining room is also sloppy, probably due to the large number of Arabs (there are 80% of them here), they are very sloppy. The dining room staff seems to be trying, but there are too many Arabs with five to six children who are extremely sloppy. Only dirty dishes are removed from the table until you say that they will sweep away the crumbs, or wipe the spilled drops of sticky juice. But, I want to say that the food is quite tasty. For lunch and dinner, three barbecue dishes are prepared: beef, fish, and chicken or turkey. But they put two small pieces of meat for each. You have to beg for an addition (an even smaller piece), and if you come up a third time, they put so much that the cat cried more. The same thing with watermelon, it was given in portions several times in 11 days. The same is true at the pool bar. Two glasses of 150 grams of beer are poured (another half of this glass is foam). You come up a second time, they say there is no beer, five minutes, you come up after 5 minutes, again they say that there is no beer. After half an hour, pour again according to the same scheme. I understand that they have a limit - 3-4 bottles for everyone per hour. The hotel animation is very boring. In the evening, competitions called: "entertain the Arabs yourself. " The hotel is located in Muhosransk, to civilization (market, shops, bars) 15-20 dollars by hotel taxi. In general, the darkness is complete..... I have never seen such poverty, worthlessness in hotels. Be prepared for the fact that on the day of departure your bracelets will be cut off at 12 o'clock and you will no longer be fed or watered. Our kids didn't even get juice at the bar. And when they saw that other vacationers (with whom we made friends there) take drinks for us, they stopped serving them too.
Only the sea is good here, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
