The hotel itself is not bad - the beach is good, the heated pool pleased (in winter it is important with winds), there is a live reef with fish, the food is excellent. But on the last evening, while we were at dinner, they entered the room, opened the safe and stole the wallet. It was discovered already in the morning, when we checked out, the safe was blocked. They called an employee, he opened the safe - but there was no wallet with money! At the reception they made round eyes and announced that the wallet was in one of the suitcases! And then the bus to the airport arrived in time... in general, upon arrival we wrote an application for Anex Tour outlining the situation, but so far no greetings, no answer... it's a shame, we liked the hotel, but we won't be able to return there - the impression is ruined forever!
