The hotel really lives up to the good reviews. We rested! Everything was clear, organized, without problems (of course, not without our intervention! . . )
In order:
1. Departure from Kyiv at 6 am without delay, meeting, transfer to the hotel - everything is fast.
More interesting
2. At the hotel, the guide (Turtesse) brought us to the reception and said goodbye, making an appointment in the evening.
A kind person! And what if we would not know what to do next - the staff at the reception in Mexicana does not even know Russian a little. They took our passports, asked us to wait and forgot (or pretended to have forgotten? ) about us. I had to remind - they gave $ 10 and after 5 minutes we were settled in a great room with a terrace and access to the pool.

3. Room number 105 near the large pool: the furniture is nice, although not new, pictures, lamps, floor lamps - cozy. Cleaned well, towels were changed, nothing was stolen, flowers were covered, baksheesh was taken regularly. Safe in the room which is very convenient. The hair dryer was working, the refrigerator was freezing, the air conditioner was not turned on (there was no need), the TV worked. On the first day we saw a big red ant on the bedside table - he was scared of us - we didn’t see him or any other living creatures. Everything is fine.
4. Pools: large - cool, small heated.
5. The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, all the plants are planted so cool, nice to look at. The hotel is not big, but the mass of transitions, nooks and crannies - it seems big.
6. Food: excellent, everything is very tasty and plentiful.
7. Beach: scheduled bus, went only to Diamond. Sea, fish - super.
8. Animation - no! But next to it is Fantasia, Old Market, not far from Naama Bay - have fun. And you need to rest in the hotel.
9. Service staff: strained in moderation. In Mexican service, indeed, 99% are very nice people.
10. Guides from Turtesses: marked our tickets, tried to sell excursions, got a little upset because of our unwillingness to go anywhere except Jordan (this excursion was not included in the list of offered Turtesses at the time of our stay). But in the end, after several calls, they organized this trip for us. Why didn't we take the street travel agencies? - The difference is only 15 dollars and we were without men (still a little scary)
11. Jordan, Petra: I recommend a bus-yacht (not by plane). A little more tedious, but richer. When you sail along the Gulf of Aqaba - Israel is on the left, Saudi Arabia is on the right, Jordan is ahead - everything is in full view - beauty. The ancient city of Petra is a miracle, it is impossible to describe, it must be seen!
Rest satisfied. Most likely next time To Mexico!
