There are two pools, one small heated, the second large and naturally no one swam there (the water is cold). The bar at the large pool never works despite the comments. The water in the small pool was heated poorly until the vacationers called the travel agent, because the management did not respond to comments and requests. The hotel boss and managers were at the hotel every day, the bartender tried for them, made cocktails in glasses and asked the guests to wait with their requests and plastic cups for a while. One fine morning, the authorities decided that the free bus to the beach should become paid, but after a small revolution and calls to tour operators, everything fell into place. I forgot to say that not long before that, they stopped carrying people to the sandy beach. The entrance to the beach is humiliating - bags are checked for drinks and food.
