Rested with a girlfriend in June 2015 in this hotel, a room on the first floor. The fact that the hotel itself does not pull on 5 stars, but max. 3, so it's true and we agree with many negative reviews of other tourists. But everything would be fine, because they came to rest, and not to look for a minus and turned a blind eye to many things so as not to spoil their vacation. But when on the last day before renting the room at 11:30 (the room was without anyone max. Min. 10) we went out to drink coffee at the pool to the Pyramid bar and found that we had been robbed. They took the camera, tablet and all the money from the wallet from the room (they left the camera case and the wallet too). We took all these things from the safe, as we were going to rent a room and put them in a suitcase, the front door was closed, and the balcony doors were completely closed, but not with a key, since only min. at 10 and from the pool the room was visible.
They themselves are to blame, many will say, and we fully agree with these. But we expected that we were living in a 5-star hotel, and here we should be very careful about this. To get to the hotel you need to go through 2 checkpoints with security, Security constantly walks around the territory. But in practice, all this turned out to be just blurring the eyes of tourists.
And one more thing: when I was at sea from 9 to 10 in the morning, my girlfriend stayed in the room, she was unwell, 2 people tried to enter our room. They opened the door with their key and tried to enter, but the door was also on the so-called chain, which woke up the girlfriend. When they noticed this, they began to say that they came to fix the air conditioner, although WE DID NOT CALL ANYONE, THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS CORRECT. Therefore, they were not allowed into the room.
