I'll start in order. Flew two families with children of five years. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately brought a cool hibiscus and wet towels. But I could not get a glass of water for my crying daughter from the staff. The settlement happened quickly. Asked for rooms not far from each other. With an honest look on his face, the hotel manager assured us that rooms 07 and 135 are nearby. It turned out that it was very, very close. Still, they finished them off by two numbers relatively not far from each other. But the shock of our number is impossible to convey. Hair was in the bathroom as a gift from the previous tenants. The walls are covered in incomprehensibility. The stench of the sewerage the child did not hold. With the ultra system in the room there was no water or drinks. They appeared only the next day, although a remark was made at the reception about this. Settled very far from the sea and the main pool. I think they wanted money. But $10 a room turned out to be a very small amount of bribe for them. If we take a closer look at the state of the hotel itself, then you can just get a heart attack. The furniture in the lobby is dirty, the glass doors do not know what cleaning is. They have the fingerprints of tourists starting probably from February. Very dirty everywhere. The curtains in our room look like a doormat, by the way, so do my friends. We had some supper and went to bed. Early in the morning, a friend woke me up in tears and invited me to walk around the territory. And here the worst awaited me. All buildings on the so-called second line of this hotel are in a dilapidated state. The pools are shabby and the tiles are very dirty. The kids club is ugly, the playground (if you can call it that) is dangerous for children's health. The walls are in dire need of repair. On the beach in the morning there was a broken bottle, the glass from which we watched the whole next day. I can't say enough good things about the staff either. The guy who, on a hotel car, delivers vacationers with things to their rooms and brings bags into the rooms, turned out to be a rare scoundrel. We and our friends also gave him a tip. In the description of the hotel, I read somewhere that they should transport vacationers around the hotel for free on these machines. But when we went to the hotel manager in the evening with complaints, back to the rooms, the same guy refused to help us, despite the fact that we were walking with five-year-old children and he was driving just in our direction. Cleans the territory and rooms, too, some sleepy flies. My so-called balcony entered the street. There is no sky, no partition, no fence. In the evening, out of grief, we drank a bottle of champagne brought with us with a friend. They left it on the street so as not to collect a flock of ants, which are already very numerous there. This bottle was there for a day and I still don’t know if it was removed because we moved to another hotel. On the way to the reception during the two days that we were there, we observed a pile of dirty dishes on the curb, which, apparently, did not bother anyone. As for the food, we weren't hungry, but I wouldn't call myself satisfied either. In general, I can’t write anything good not about the hotel itself, not about the staff, not about the food. By the way, about the animation - we simply did not see it. In the same price category, you can find much better places. We ended up moving to the Sea Club hotel and the holiday was saved!
