I want to say right away about the decency of vacationing tourists and hotel staff - on the very first day we sowed expensive glasses. They thought they forgot by the pool, as it turned out later, at the pontoon. The next morning, the guy from the animation came up, asked a few questions about the lost glasses (appearance, brand) and. . . returned them! ! We really appreciated it!
In general, we rested with a large company with children. Impressions are good! I was pleased that the staff is quite decent, Russian-speaking, and without a hint of "market relations" - "you to me, I to you")
The rooms are wonderful! Not in the style of "Arabish fashion". Clean, dry, everything is in order.
We went to eat in the main restaurant and were very full. We looked in the direction of "a la carte" once - we visited a Lebanese restaurant, I was not particularly impressed... turkey, duck and shrimp in the main restaurant are much tastier than Lebanese Lula kebab...
From "voluntarily paid" services:

- thanked the guy by the pool for the occupied sunbeds for 15 people...
- thanked the guy in the restaurant for a table for everyone
- thanked the guy at the pool bar for constant attention.
In total, these mini "thank you" qualitatively improved the impressions of the rest))
Animation. . . I don't know, didn't participate)) But aerobics, volleyball, aqua aerobics were definitely carried out.
Summary: the hotel is worthy! Recommended!
