We stayed at this hotel from 25.02 to 3.03. We went with a group of 11 people - 7 adults, 4 children. We went on the recommendation of several families-friends who had recently arrived from there. They did not take into account the fact that those who recommended it were the first time in Egypt and there was nothing special to compare them with.
The hotel area is large and beautiful, well-groomed - there's nothing bad to say.
We arrived at the hotel at 10.00, check-in at 14.00. Our suitcases were allegedly taken from us to the storage room and told to wait for the settlement. When we decided to spend time waiting on the beach and take beach clothes from our suitcases, we found that all our suitcases were stupidly standing on the street under a tree. Unattended. I had to change the children's clothes right on the street under this tree. They changed in the restroom.

No one responded to the request to settle us before 14.00 because we and the children did not respond. At the same time, before our eyes, all other tourists without children were settled.
BAR! BARS!!!!! ! This is complete trash!!!! ! I have never met such "friendly", "competent" and "pleasant" staff in any hotel in Turkey/Egypt/Europe. Beer is poured into a glass only half - the rest is foam. When asked to hold the glass at an angle when pouring, so that there is less foam and we visit you less often, the bartender said with a hateful expression - "PRAHADY". Glasses are a different story. They are constantly absent. Drinks are mostly poured into ordinary disposable glasses with a capacity of 250 ml, and in these 250 ml, of course, 50% is just foam. If you were lucky and you were poured a drink into a plastic non-disposable glass with a capacity of 400-500 ml, then the bartender in a boorish commanding tone says "RETURN THE GLASSES! ". So you have to be prepared for the fact that you are expected to carry these glasses to the bar all the time.
This year we took a ram with us. But she couldn't eat it. These fellow bartenders are constantly yelling, SHOUTING!! ! if they saw you with a ram and beer. And all why?? ? Because the glass stinks of fish and you can’t just rinse it under running water, but you have to wash it with detergent. Although in fact they should always wash them with detergent.
To say that the bartenders are greyhounds is to say nothing! They rush, yell, look at everyone with outright hatred. It just reached the point of absurdity. We went and monitored which of the bartenders at which bar was in a good mood in order to go to him, and not to the person who ate a piece of shit.
We watched a picture of how someone's child came up with a chocolate candy to the bartender to treat him - and he took the candy and defiantly threw it into the trash can and told the child "GO GET OUT OF HERE. " What is it like ??? ? Moral freak, I can not say otherwise.
Animation is weak. Guys Sasha and Roma - yes, charismatic, enterprising, incendiary. The rest are all complete amoebas.

The rooms are good. But initially they wanted to put us in rooms with an entrance overlooking a stinking dump. Fortunately, our men have resolved this issue.
Wifi is paid.
The pools are good, the beach is ok, the food is also ok. Seafood every other day.
In general, the hotel is cool, but incompetent and rude staff ruined all the impressions.
