The territory is beautiful, the pool - heated - CLASS! ! Food - I liked it. Animation - did not like. The staff - the impression that vacationers are hated. Even at the reception - they smile in the face, and look angrily after the trail. We arrived at 6.00 am, settled only at 13.00, although other visitors were settled quickly (for an additional fee). The room turned out to be from the sea in the farthest corner of the hotel. It is impossible to sit on the balcony - the smell of sewage interrupts all the greenery. Closer to the sea, the smell of sewage decreases.
On the beach, where mothers and children splashed in the water, there is a pipe - from a crack, slurry flows directly into the sea.
Room cleaner - a separate conversation. Even for a daily chocolate bar, the floor was never washed. When they stopped leaving chocolate, dirty spots appeared on the towels, which did not change for all 10 days of our stay.
Conclusion: the smell and the attitude of the staff spoiled the good impression of the rest.
