I will immediately indicate that the hotel has its own characteristics and this should be taken into account if you are traveling with several children like us. Before the crisis and rebranding, the segment of hotel guests was made up of families without children, or couples with children over 16 years old (and now part of the hotel and restaurant are only for adults). But this circumstance affected the layout and equipment of all rooms.

In our spacious and stylish Standard Family Room at Villa Faraon, there were only 3 single beds for the four of us (the sofa in the hallway does not count, as it is only for sitting), although initially we asked through the agency, if possible, for a room with two double beds. We quickly solved this problem by pushing 2 beds together, but in the end, one child slept in the parent's bed all the time....who goes on vacation will understand; ) There were also problems with the noise level both in the room itself from the air conditioner and from the generator on street. Unfortunately, at that moment there was no equivalent replacement and we remained in the same room.
The hotel is planning to complete renovations in the building in the near future, which will consist of two-room suites, so such inconveniences promise to be a thing of the past.
If you didn't have time to buy a card for your mobile, you run the risk of being left without wi-fi. But there is a way out, in 15-20 minutes. walk towards the city's shopping avenues, there is an operator's salon with normal prices.
The hotel kitchen and set of dishes are standard. Different types of meat, fish, seafood - there is everything and a lot, you will not starve, but you will also be thrilled by the taste sensations. There is trouble with greens and salads, probably due to the fact that the desert and its own traditions of national cuisine. You just have to accept it as a fact and enjoy the sun.
The staff left the most pleasant impression (with the exception of the bartender near the beach): incredibly attentive lifeguards by the pools will not leave your children a single step, fast service in the restaurant and a neat employee who cleaned our room.
We are very grateful to the reception staff, who, knowing about our late departure, provided us with a free set of beach towels, a room so that we could clean ourselves up before departure and not cut off the bracelets, thereby allowing us to have dinner.

DEAR Anex Tour and Monte Carlo MANAGEMENT, just one person, but very important for almost every tourist - a hotel guide (in our case, a guide named Fadi), can easily cross out all the efforts of the hotel and cast a shadow on the reputation of the tour operator, not to mention spoiled vacation.

Mr. Fadi, being warned in advance that we are not going to buy sea tours because of the inability to entertain children in them, convinced us to purchase a 5 in 1 tour with dives for us and DIVES! for children 7 and 9 years old! The tour also included a bathyscaphe and the Ras Muhamed nature reserve. To our surprise, he replied that this is a common practice and experienced scuba divers, hand in hand, immerse children of this age. Moreover, seeing our doubts, the price was sharply reduced for us and a “special offer” was organized - everything is the same, but at a price much lower than the officially declared one... As you understand, we ended up on a regular sea trip with diving, although we hoped and on the bathyscaphe, and on the reserve! We upset the children (of course, they didn’t even see the dives, since the instructor already on the way to the yacht explained to us that children under 10-12 years old are not allowed! ) and shook on the yacht for 8 hours !!!!
For Fadi, this is a common practice and we were not alone in our grief. Together with us, in exactly the same way, another couple from our hotel was deceived and misled!
Is it really the thirst for enrichment and increased sales that makes you forget about the reputation and honest rules of doing business, or the principles of street trading, in a crisis, are not alien even to a serious tour operator? ! Such "one-time sales" do not cause anything but negative!
