Positive:
- the most beautiful and greenest territory, which is constantly maintained by titanic labor in proper condition. For this - respect! But this, unfortunately, is the only plus of the hotel.
Negative:
- terrible unsanitary conditions in the hotel restaurants (first of all, in the main one) and on the beach - MAIN MINUSES!!!

- in the main restaurant there are huge problems with high-quality and minimal service, there are always not enough cutlery and napkins, you have to constantly ask or yourself to set, serve the table... Glasses, cutlery, plates of inadequate cleanliness, hence the main health problems for the majority. We, out of 4 family members, three were poisoned, in this condition and returned home.
One of the indicators of purity -
we had a small child vomited up near the table in the middle of dinner, while we went to wash him and ourselves, nothing changed near the table, no one offered help, no one transplanted us, no one eliminated the puddle with ryoshki near the table, although the waiters saw it all perfectly. Upon returning, we moved with our food to another table and, ATTENTION !!! , after 40 minutes of stay, nothing has changed, the puddle and smell remained at this table, no one even tried to wash it in the middle of dinner. - swimming pools are dirty, they are rarely cleaned and not on time, not in the evening or early in the morning, but from 9.00 in the morning, as a rule. Incl. lifeguards clean the pools, while the children ride down the slides and people swim in the pools.

- there are a lot of pigeons and crows in the hotel, sparrows that feed from the tables in restaurants, swim in the pools, especially in the children's pools, because the water changes more often there, they defecate everywhere, in the pools, on tables, chairs that no one cleans for days, especially near the pools and in the main restaurant.
- a separate topic - children's animation. Children's animators, girls, are frankly fooling around, constantly closing the children's room, which is in a terrible, untidy, dirty and dusty state. In the first half of the day, they sunbathe on the playground near the children's room, avoiding contact with children in every possible way, so that, God forbid, they would not burden them with their direct work.
