Chose the hotel by chance after seeing an ad from a travel agency. We know this area in Sharm. They arrived in the morning. Upon arrival, wet towels and drinks, immediately put on bracelets. Check-in. . . the room had to wait, because I didn't want it on the 1st floor. We had breakfast, looked at the territory... The territory is amazing. In some places it already needs updating, but you can see what they are doing... We were at the top of the hotel by the pool, my daughter wanted to swim in the lazy river and on the slides. Neither one nor the other impressed her, so they did not go anymore.
The room is great. Approximately the same distance to the reception, to the beach, pool. With a great view from the balcony, shower, bath, toilet, two huge beds and a big TV. No complaints.
Food. . . As for me, the food is excellent. Something delicious, something not, but... The choice is very large and no one will be hungry. Fish of several kinds always, Chicken, beef, shrimp, rolls, duck, tuna, a lot of fruits, desserts. There are plenty to choose from. Juices, well, as everywhere in Egypt, it's clear - not fresh))). Although they took alcohol with them from Duty free, they might not have taken it. And the beer was normal, the cocktails were good. Ice cream is very tasty, in my opinion NESTLE. The coffee at the pool bar is good, so we had breakfast more often there. Service... I read reviews about rudeness, etc. I don't know. . . Everyone is very nice, friendly. Any request is resolved immediately, all the staff tries.

In general, we are satisfied with everything. A small drawback is the pontoon, it is there, but it is plastic and already broken in many places at the beginning, it is high time to change it to a normal pier, especially since it is short here, because people go to the Red Sea for a beautiful reef and its inhabitants. There is still not enough bar on the beach, or rather, it also exists, but does not work. And when you rest on the other side on the beach, then you need to go far for a drink. I know that now they have changed the sun loungers by the pool, I think that the renovation of the pontoon is also in the plans.
If you choose a hotel for a relaxing holiday, then it is perfect. Mega active animation will not be, although it is, but not intrusive, which pleases. All are cute and funny. I hope that we will come again)))
