The hotel does not pull on 5 stars at all, 3 maximum. There is something to compare, since I am not the first time I have a rest in Egypt. Everywhere is completely unsanitary. There are no antiseptics in all containers. In restaurants, even A la carte dirty tablecloths that do not change after the visitors. Food in restaurants is of poor quality (although I'm not picky). In restaurants and bars on the distribution lines, birds eat from plates and this does not bother the staff. Animation at 0, do not even carry out the planned activities. The rooms are old (and this is not their main disadvantage) and VERY dirty. The only plus of this hotel is the green and well-groomed territory. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. The pontoon is not stable and there is only one ladder to descend into the sea. The territory of the hotel is not processed from insects, mosquitoes and flies just stick. I do not recommend visiting this hotel if you want to have a good rest.
