We came specifically to celebrate the anniversary of my husband, who was in this hotel 15 years ago, in warmth, silence and comfort. Then, when it was really premium, the coral reef was rich, and the guests were respected. Pegasus is currently selling this hotel as a VIP Ultra All Inclusive hotel. Ultra for us was fundamental.
Upon arrival at the front desk, she drew the administrator’s attention to her husband’s anniversary DR and asked how the hotel could congratulate her guest. (I really wanted to please my husband, although, I know, there are many ways, but he was looking forward to returning to the Ritz) ask! The senior manager said that in connection with the DR he would provide us with a luxurious room. Bottom line: the most common dead standard that begs for renovation. Question: why promise something without doing anything? Are they counting on the stupidity of guests who do not know what a decent hotel and a chic room are?
Further more. Poor lunches, breakfasts and dinners. Right like this. They do not want to not only eat, but even visit. I would call it an appearance, a mirage of food. Apogee is a sweet inedible table. Disgusting. How is it possible, having spoiled so much food, effort and time, to make mountains of absolutely tasteless paralon, dry, cakes with no taste. I have a sweet tooth, I could close my eyes to the subtleties, but... I couldn’t.

Alcohol. It's just a shame. One kind of white and one kind of red non-bottled wine of unknown origin, poured from somewhere under the counter. There is no champagne. Not in any bar. They offer to buy for 40 €, attention - Egyptian champagne! Husband took brandy. After tasting both wine and brandy, he said - you can’t drink it, it’s impossible and dangerous. As a result, we went through some garbage dumps and abandoned construction sites to a dilapidated shopping center and bought alcohol and chocolate cookies there (I never buy them in the wild). The hotel carried glasses from the room with them, because everyone drank something from 150 gram plastic cups, we drank our own from ours.
But that's not all. Yesterday, with our glasses and alcohol, we were sitting quietly in the lobby without asking or expecting anything. And then a security guard came up to us and asked us to leave here, because this place is FOR OTHER PEOPLE (that's exactly what he told us). Notice that we didn’t climb over a fence or a window, we just sat in a quiet place with traces of the hotel’s former splendor, far from the rude staff, and now... I understand perfectly well that the hotel has a Royal club and they have preferences that you can and must be stated directly, clearly, but elegantly, without humiliating other hotel guests. I still regret getting up and leaving. I had to sit back and watch what happens next.
In general, the hotel is a shame. Today my husband has DR. As a gift, they promised us their wonderful cake, that's happiness))) I told them to keep it for themselves, along with candles. And somehow we. . .
P. S. How was it possible, having bought a premium hotel with high quality services and a decent clientele, to kill him so ineptly?
