We rested for a week in Sharm and chose Oriental.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening (due to a flight change). At the reception they even gave me juice to drink and immediately began to offer a Superior room, which with a balcony, with a surcharge, though small - only $ 30 (at first they said it was $ 40, but we bargained! ). Then we went to look at the rooms - with and without a balcony.
We weren’t particularly disappointed with the Comfort Room, since we didn’t need a balcony, especially since it’s terribly hot to stay on it, starting somewhere from 8:00. In general, we chose the Comfort room - at no extra charge. We even had time for dinner in the evening.
The food is tolerable, I even gained 1.5 kg in weight in a week.

Loved the omelettes and pancakes for breakfast, as well as the meat for dinner. Portions of meat are small, but if you ask for an addition, they always put more. The only thing is that there are very few fruits - only dates and melons. Once there was a watermelon. Monday, Thursday and Friday are thematic cuisine days. I really liked dushambay (or something like that) - a large puff cake (it looks like a round pita bread in shape).
What I didn't like - for dinner, drinks are paid (for those who have HB, i. e. breakfast and dinner). On the last day of your stay at the hotel, you had to pay 20 pounds for a pass to the beach of the Gafi hotel for 1 person. Towels are not very convenient to carry from the hotel to the beach (large after all), as they are given out by the pool. We could have already agreed for towels in Gafi.
It was my mother's birthday when we were resting, so the hotel did not offer anything for free. At least they would give some kind of pirozhenko or a glass of wine, although, in my opinion, we already told everyone at the hotel about D. R. In short, in this regard, the Arabs are a little redneck.
The pool is nice and quite big. True, renovations are underway right now - they are laying tiles near the third pool, which should be heated. So every day we saw a stretched sheet with holes that covers the repair.
Well, if without any special claims, then the hotel is suitable for relaxation.
