It is worth noting separately that the receptionists work perfectly, they will always help, they will prompt you on any issue, almost everyone understands Russian well, or they explain everything in Russian-English, which basically suits me. Special thanks to Ghallab Abuensr, the person is always positive. Even at the inadequate requests of our drunken compatriots (you can write a separate article about inadequate tourists from the CIS) they always try to help. Their patience and perseverance are commendable!
The room was provided with two beds, although they asked for one double.
But the cleaner guy on the same day quickly built one out of it. The young guy was cleaned every day, for diligence they left him $ 1-2. Cleaned well, every day fresh towels, wet cleaning.
Food for four with a small minus. I don't think picky eaters will like it. Only beef was deliciously prepared from meat, but unfortunately it was only a couple of times. Fish and chicken are not cooked very well, everything is in oil and not very tasty. Soups, with what we used to call soups, there is also little in common. Very tasty pastries, desserts, buns - delicious (local Arabs collected 8-10 of them). Fruits were melon and watermelon. At first, the melon was served green and unripe, I didn’t really understand why this was served at all. But then a sweet melon appeared and the problem disappeared.
Bar, of course. Local alcohol of low quality, diluted. All its varieties (rum, tequila, whiskey, bourbon) are about the same taste.
Lovers of good alcohol will definitely not go. Beer is also so-so, for some reason I always had a stomach ache after it. They poured beer according to the mood of the bartender, sometimes half a glass of beer, and half the foam - for me, as a beer lover, this is just laughter. Well, drinks are all poured into plastic cups of 200 ml, this is a big minus, I had to constantly run back and forth. I don’t understand why it was impossible to serve glasses at least 0.3 each. However, for those who came to Egypt to thump near the pool, this did not stop (drunken Belarusians who are rude to the staff - this is a tin)
The beach is very small and is shared with another hotel. To get a good place - it is better to come early, or right after lunch. But there is a nearby huge empty beach for as much as $ 5 per person, which you can go to for free through the beach of our hotel (after lunch, the security did not care).
I personally didn’t care about animation, even if it didn’t exist at all, I wouldn’t care at all. But it is worth noting that it is rather weak, compared to nearby hotels, children will probably be bored. Although the animators are Felix, Omar are very funny, they will cheer even the saddest)
