We visited this hotel for the first time in December 2013. We got to Shores Aloha by chance, on the recommendation of a tour agent. We rested with a large female company.
When checking in, I had to be a little nervous, they sent me to a building overlooking the toilet and the corresponding smell. Thanks to the hotel manager who politely handled this situation and offered two rooms next to a beautiful sea view.
A year later, when planning a trip with my husband, I no longer doubted the choice of a hotel, I just wrote an email to the senior manager about our visit and asked for a good room with a sea view, which in the end we got!
The hotel has changed for the better over the years. I do not understand the tourists who complained about the lack of food and the queue for dinner. We solved this problem simply - we came 30-40 minutes after the start, the choice and number of dishes at the same time was the same as at the beginning of dinner! Very attentive manager in the restaurant, makes sure that there are always free clean tables.
The territory is clean, green, always cleaned, washed.
