We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but we arrived and were horrified. Then we tuned in for a good rest, plus a colorful sea, plus excursions and everything is fine. But I’ll tell you in order: we arrived at night, we were fed in the Canteen, it’s hard to call it a restaurant !!! ! Dirt on the tables, chairs and sofas worn, stained. We had a spacious room for three, the air conditioner works, there is always hot water, but the renovation was probably done for the opening in 2004. Many complained about ants in the rooms, we were lucky, there were no ants. Cleaning every day and towels changed every three days. On the beach, towels and sunbeds are old and terrible. The pool is clean and cleaned every day. And now the main thing that spoiled the mood was the attitude of the staff towards tourists. If these are Arabs, and there are a lot of them, then glasses in glass, full plates without restrictions. If this is a Ukrainian, Belarusian, then 2 pieces per hand, and a glass of plastic beer 240 grams and no more. In general, you do not feel like an outcast against the background of the Arabs. Such separation and disrespect for yourself has never been felt in any hotel. Very unpleasant. Check-in at 12:00, departure was at 22:05. Lunch and dinner are not allowed. We were sitting at a table with friends in the evening, waiting for a transfer, a waiter ran up and said that you have no right to eat, pay 10 dollars per person. Generally left in a bad mood. Didn't like the holiday very much. There are many impressions from the sea and excursions to the island of Ras Mukhamet, we recommend diving. Good luck with your choice of hotel, but I do not recommend this one. Amforos is nearby, as we later found out the difference is 100 dollars, but we went there on the slides and we really liked the territory, very well-groomed and beautiful. There is no free a la carte restaurant, you can order for $5. The food is monotonous, of course you will not be hungry, but there is no variety.
