The first time we rested in this hotel in December 2017. I liked it. We decided to visit there again. And...... SURPRISE!!! ! Change of the owner of the hotel (there used to be an Italian now an Arab). Everything became just disgusting..... the attitude of the staff towards vacationers of Slavic appearance, food "giveaway" in the canteen! unless you are an arab! rooms for living with broken repairs, dirty linens, smelly stale curtains, a non-working refrigerator and air conditioning humming like when a helicopter takes off! I didn’t have a chance to rest in silence, the water heater on the roof was buzzing loudly, and they settled all the Slavs only on the second floors! All the best numbers to Arabs! Racism flourishes in this hotel, and we understand that it is welcomed with the permission of the owner. The entrance doors to the room were blocked several times, I had to run to the reception to ask for the lock to be removed. Water was not brought into the room. Wanted to dial in the dining room so they were not allowed! offered to buy water! Something like this....In general, we had a shitty rest....I do not recommend this hotel to anyone !! !
