Check-in: arrived at about 15.00 hours, i. е. X hour has already arrived, we previously wrote a letter to the hotel with a request to provide a room with a balcony or terrace. one of the guests smokes, they did not answer the letter, so we printed it out and took it with us. Upon check-in, they showed us a letter, they assured us that they would do everything possible and began to extort money under the pretext that now all rooms with balconies and terraces are occupied and will be released only tomorrow, but they can offer us such a room with a view of the sea and the pool, but because. these rooms are in a higher price category then the surcharge is 60 dollars. We looked at 4 proposed rooms and were not satisfied with them, one was with a sea view and a public toilet, the second was next to the amphitheater, the third had as many as 2 balconies, but at the same time a room the size of a matchbox, which I did not like in the fourth I remember, however, after intense bargaining, the employee dropped the surcharge to 45, but we did not agree to more than 40, and then he was offended, and we settled in a room without a balcony and terrace, which was changed the next day without any surcharges! The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate the guests. We were given another room on the first floor with a terrace opposite the restaurant.
The hotel has one restaurant, a pool bar, a beach bar, a lobby bar. Everything works on the all-inclusive system, except for the lobby bar. There are no alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea in the beach bar, but you can walk 100 meters from the beach bar to the pool bar and here it is happiness - who needs it. In the pool bar, they give beer, whiskey, rum and something else from alcoholic beverages - I don’t know, they didn’t use it. Soft drinks in vending machines here and there. Wine is red and white only in the restaurant at lunch and dinner, you go to the bottling point and say what you need and bring it to your table, beer is there, which frees guests from the obligation to tip the waiters. With tables, tension happens only during dinner at rush hour around 8 pm, when the bulk of them have dinner, and then for 20 minutes maximum, the waiters quickly serve everything as the tables are vacated. Before and after dinner with a glass of wine, you can sit on the terrace in front of the restaurant, after dinner people also grabbed fruit with them, no one really drives, just don’t pick up full plates - then they will take it away. The beach bar has snacks - french fries, pizza (edible), fried sausages (fuuuu-nasty), fruits and vegetables. In the reception area on the second floor there are a couple of shops and a currency exchange office, for exchange I recommend going outside the hotel, turn left and before reaching Amforos there is a bank in which the exchange rate is about 25 Egyptian kopecks more than in the hotel, it works from Monday to Friday from 9 and something up to 17-18.
Food: very good, everything is of high quality, I won’t write much, but the majority of vacationers are Italians, and the cuisine is biased towards the Italian side, i. e. spaghetti and pasta are always cooked in the restaurant by a separate cook at a separate table, for lunch and dinner there are always three hot dishes (fish, chicken, meat), side dishes, all kinds of vegetables, stewed steamed, fresh, for dinner there is always something else on the grill. Fish day on Friday - grilled crabs and shrimp on skewers and seafood soup - quite. I didn’t really like desserts, but there were plenty of different fruits - dates, bananas, guava, pomegranates, figs, grapes, apples, oranges - and all this at the same time.

Animation: Italian - five plus, Russian - zero, although there were two Russian animators there, our guide from TO told us that they were, but he immediately warned that they were not doing anything, only selling tickets to discos - everything turned out to be so, even announcements in Russian about the program of evening shows or something else were not always made, in general, I didn’t understand why they were taken there at all - we had enough Italian animation. The shows are held in the amphitheater next to the pool bar, we went to only one - Egyptian flavor - fire show, dance with skirts and belly dance - if anyone has not seen this before, then for general development it is quite suitable.
And most importantly, the sea: the beach is large, there are always plenty of sunbeds, the biggest problem is the current and the waves. The entrance to the sea is over the bridge, there is always a servant on duty who shows in which direction you can swim today, to the left to Amforas, or to the right, calm - so that you can swim in both directions for the entire time of our stay was 1.5 days. If someone swims in the wrong direction or swims very close to the coral wall, the attendant whistles until he's blue in the face and shows with gestures how wrong those who violate the order are. A ladder leads into the sea from the bridge - not very convenient, because a lot of people go up and down into the sea at the same time, it would be expanded. There are quite a lot of fish, we saw Napoleon, moray eels, barracudas, lionfish, some big fish, it looks like they were tuna, but I don’t know for sure, and of course the usual set - butterflies, angels, picassos, surgeons, parrots, etc. in general, there is something to see. It is especially good to watch when the sea is calm, otherwise you gape a little and look at the corals.
Hotel location: between Naama and the Old City, near El Mercato and 1001 nights, i. e. there is where to walk, go to them for 10-15 minutes from the hotel right to the intersection with the road then to the left and until you reach. To the Old Market (Old Town) we took a taxi for $ 3, but it could have been cheaper - bargain. There is a free bus from the hotel to Naama, 2 flights a day except Saturday-Sunday at 18 and 21 o'clock round trip - sign up at the reception in advance on the day of the trip in the morning, there are 2 hours, that was enough for us, to take a walk and drink fresh juice if the bus was late a taxi will always take you a dollar for 3-4.
But in general, the hotel is good, of course, during the windy season from November to April, I would not go there because of the currents and winds. And the rest of the time when the sea is very calm.
