Were in Aloha from November 22 to December 2, this is our third visit since November last year. Regular guests are treated very warmly and hospitably; )
What I would like to add to my previous reviews. The hotel is growing, the administration listens to the complaints and wishes of visitors. For example, what has changed since April of this year:
1. The number of dishes has increased, the quality, as before, is at its best. We did NOT hear about poisoning during all 10 days of rest, we talked with many tourists. The hotel is 80-90% full
2. Previously, there were reviews of tourists about not very comfortable stairs on the pontoon: at low tide it was hard to climb, the steps were high. Now 5 steps have been added, there are no problems with the exit
3. Partially updated umbrellas, painted poles on them and changed tables around them
4. Changed the chairs at the bar near the pool (although before that the furniture was excellent, not shabby)
At the end of the month, preparations for the New Year began, whoever will be there during the holidays will not regret; )
Service, as always, we were satisfied. Maybe because, first of all, they treated the staff as friends, and not as servants.
I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of moments, I hope that this is the rule in Aloha, and not the exception:
We forgot on the beach on a sun lounger not a cheap mask with a snorkel, we realized it the next day. It turned out that in the kiosk on the beach where towels are issued, there is a special journal in which they record all the things found. The mask was returned to us; )
In the same kiosk you will be given first aid, if you cut yourself on corals, rubbed a callus or a child tore off his knee, you can contact. There are disposable gloves, Betadine, patches, etc.
