We rested with pleasure in April 2019 and brought a couple of friends with us in October 2020! : ) Friends were delighted with the ratio of living conditions, comfort, quality of food and service in general! The hotel for the year, despite the quarantine, is changing for the better: the variety of food has improved, Russian-speaking managers (special thanks to Yulia) and hotel guides from tour operators (thanks to Honey Odeon Group Coral Travel) provide unobtrusive but high-quality support. In case of minor misunderstandings, such as a broken hair dryer in the room or a non-working air conditioner - everything is quickly put in order!
There is unobtrusive animation in the form of morning exercises and light yoga classes on the beach, water aerobics in the pool, darts, volleyball, children's disco, evening entertainment shows with live performances of popular dance hits.
Sociable, but unobtrusive staff in the restaurant, bars on the territory, reception, lifeguards on the beach, Russian and Ukrainian-speaking animators. The necessary quarantine measures have been taken: control of the availability of international protocols with negative PCR test results, social distance marking, the requirement to wear protective medical masks in transport, staff in the restaurant (cooks at the distribution, waiters, bartenders are always wearing masks), the buffet has been transformed into a closed distribution by chefs behind glass barriers, disinfectants are installed at the entrances to all rooms, etc.
