To begin with, the hotel was chosen based on previous reviews of vacationers. When checking in, an employee of Coral Travel decided that we should be fed breakfast and settled not after 14-00, but immediately after breakfast. (we arrived at the hotel at 8-30). I must say right away that when checking in, tourists are given the most "killed" numbers to the Slavs. So we got a dirty room, overlooking the road and with separate beds (although we knew that the family had arrived). After my indignation and 10dol. at the reception - we were given a better room, overlooking the courtyard to the pool, with one large bed and a little cleanliness (room 503). Those of the visitors who did not do this stayed in worse rooms. In the future, the room was cleaned somehow, whether the towels were changed is not clear, since they were simply folded on a shelf after cleaning. Immediately, I note that there are no cosmetics in the rooms, except for liquid soap. A bottle of water was also given only once upon check-in and that's it. Fortunately, there are several vending machines with cola, fanta, sprite, juice machines for making coffee and tea on the territory. The territory itself is not bad, clean, with two pools, one of them is divided into zones with a Jacuzzi type and another slide. During the day there is no entertainment, in the evening the animation is also weak, except for the day when the artist arrives and shows an hour and a half fire show. Special thanks to the bartender near the pool, Mukhamed, who is always polite and fulfills any request, he is also a hookah man. Hookah 1.5 USD
Regarding food. There is a lot of food, you won’t stay hungry, but it is specific, like everywhere else in Egypt, there were a lot of sweets, but only pears and oranges from fruits, and cucumbers, tomatoes and melons from vegetables. There was no ice cream as there was no seafood. There is only one restaurant, there is no service in it, in order to put appliances or bring drinks, you have to run after the waiters - otherwise you won’t wait. You need to walk to the beach through the Otium Aloha hotel, but the whole road takes about 10 minutes and is not annoying. There is an hourly bus to and from the Otium Aloha Hotel, but we did not use it. The beach itself is not bad, the pantone is not long, 25 meters, the sea is magnificent. On the beach from 12 to 13-00 they bake pizza and make French fries with fish or sausages. There is a bar.
Immediately, I note that the service in Sharm is not the same as in Hurghada, one level lower. so get ready for it.

I hope my review will be useful to someone, in principle we were satisfied with the rest, but we will not come to this hotel again.
