Let's start from the very beginning.
I flew to rest with my mother and my 13-year-old son. We arrived just in time for dinner around 19.00. They gave us a number right away. We decided to have dinner and finally relax after the flight and take a shower. But when we entered the room, we freaked out. I haven't seen such dirt in a long time. The floor was covered in clouds of dust, there were greasy stains on the nightstands, the mirror had not been wiped for 100 years, but the bed was the apogee of all this (in dirty yellow spots)..... along the way it was simply not re-made after previous tourists. Oh yes, we also had 1 unfortunate foot towel (by the way, also dirty) for 3 people. Without going into details, they moved us for 2 days and then after we gave a bribe of $20. Therefore, on the day of arrival, we had to spend the night in this terrible barn, where, by the way, my child had a rusty cot that did not fully fold out horizontally, so he slept like in a book. The only thing we could ask for was to remake the beds and give as many as 2 towels (this is for three) Towels, by the way, the whole set for 3 people was given to us within 2 days (all the time they were fed breakfast)
Finally, we were moved and we thought that our adventures were over, but no, everything was just beginning)))

It turned out that 80% of the hotel was inhabited by Arabs and this significantly affected the service and food (they now have some kind of social program of the state for the population, they provide vouchers for locals at cheap prices) It seemed that I got into a gypsy camp. They are very noisy, they go in large families and they have very ill-mannered children (they just have such a principle of raising children - everything is possible, that’s just everything, their children don’t know the word it’s impossible) Arab women with children settled in our next 2 rooms (men they live separately). Exactly at 11 at night they returned to their rooms, opened the doors of 2 of their rooms and talked loudly in the corridor, and the children rushed around him screaming, just until 2 am. I tried to ask to be quieter in both English and Russian, but no one listened to me. They only said Sorry, but after 10 minutes everything continued.
A little about the hotel...... everything is green, 2 large swimming pools, there were always free sunbeds.
By the way, who doesn’t know where in Egypt, hotels take so much water..... to wash, to wash dishes and for pools, this is purified sea water (you can’t drink it), but to water the flowers, it’s purified sewerage. Usually it does not smell because it is well cleaned, but not with our happiness. For some reason, at the end of our holiday, this purification system broke down and the flowers were watered with clean sewage. The stench was such that we rushed to the room, otherwise grief could happen)) But the stench in the room was only a little less. We even sprayed deodorant everywhere, but it did not help. We didn't come down for dinner because it's impossible to eat when it stinks of sewerage. Thank God for dinner a little ventilated and were able to eat quickly.
Speaking of food. Due to the fact that in the hotel 80% of the Arabs saved a lot on food. At best, 2 types of meat and 1 fish, but usually just chicken and beef, side dishes are always potatoes, rice and pasta, 2 types of cheese (feta and some kind of soft incomprehensible), some vegetables, and fruits - melon, green pear and oranges, well, and some sweets. By the way, I noticed a trend while standing in line that the Arabs were always given good pieces of meat (legs, brisket), but we foreigners always had something bony (this is not only my opinion, we talked with other Russian-speaking tourists)
And also a separate "thank you" to CORAL TRAVEL for their representative Mukhamed, who beat his chest and shouted that he was a very respected person there, everyone obeys him and he solves all problems. But as soon as we ran into problems with the settlement, it turned out that he did not solve anything. By the way, we repeatedly heard and saw walking along the hall how the hotel guests cursed with him about his so-called "help".

In short, guys, I'm 100% more than a foot in this hotel and I will not advise anyone.
And this is not because I'm spoiled or picky, I rested in different hotels in 3 *, and in 4 * and in 5 *
I would rate this hotel for service, cleaning, the rooms themselves and food solid 2
Is that a green area and pools for 4 *
