The hotel is a solid 3 * no more.

Oh, this hotel definitely deserves a special review! But first things first.
After the transfer from the airport, the first thing that struck us was the nondescript facade of the main entrance to the hotel. Small luminous letters (which, by the way, did not all burn), as well as the facade decoration with deep cracks, most likely due to the long absence of repairs. When compared with the facades of other hotels flickering with lights that are encountered along the way, it seems that Shores Golden Resort 4 * was deliberately hidden away from human eyes.
The guest lounge, where the reception is located, struck me with the number of people sitting and standing with phones in their hands. As it turned out later, this is the only place where you can catch Wi-fi in the hotel. After filling out the relevant form, the reception delicately hinted to us that all rooms are standard, but for an additional fee, you can get a room with a balcony overlooking the hotel's courtyard towards the sea. We refused this offer and followed to the room. And then, we realized that we were not in the room, but in the room of the old hotel from the time of the "scoop"! View from the balcony (photo attached) of some kind of construction site, from below there is a constant strong hum coming from the restaurant’s kitchen, on the floor there is a sliding small rug, similar to a rustic one. The lock in the bathroom was broken, and the door did not close at all, that is, it must be held by hand all the time. The towels had yellow spots (photo attached) and it is not clear "what" they wiped before us. There were no blankets at all, they asked to bring 3 pieces. brought 2 pcs. but thanks for that (the child slept in pajamas at the resort... ). And in the remote control from the TV (photo attached) there were no batteries at all. They brought them later, but they had to be held so that the batteries would not fall out due to the lack of a back cover on the remote control. We were shocked! We have seen many hotels, but this is hard to imagine even in a nightmare! Somehow after spending the night in this room, in the morning we went to the reception with a demand to change to another room, to which we again received an answer - 10 dollars. for each night of stay in the hotel. Unheard of insolence! Fortunately, our guide Teztura appeared in the evening and thanks to him, with a terrible scandal, within half an hour we were provided with a normal room without any additional payments. Please take this into account when checking in, if you are still “lucky” to be in Shores Golden.

However, the interior of the hotel looks pretty good, clean, well-groomed, good pools, lots of greenery. Vacationers are mainly from Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, as well as a lot of Italians.
The food in the restaurant is fresh, but very monotonous, especially breakfasts and lunches!
And only for dinner you could count on something more or less special.
At the bar near the restaurant, there is a guy who speaks only Arabic and Italian, he washes glass glasses, rinsing them a little with running water, and just puts them upside down on the table and does not care if the germs are washed away or if there is dust on the table.
To the sea to go about 10 minutes, but there is also a bus transfer. The beach is normal, but keep in mind, there is nothing to do with children, the entrance from the pier and immediately the depth, only for people who can swim well.
Perhaps we would not have written a review, but the final touch made us completely upset. The flight was early in the morning and usually in normal hotels in such cases they give breakfast packages with them, but not in our case! Alas, it was only offered to go to a still closed restaurant and taste a couple of buns with yesterday's salad, and no hot tea or coffee...
Summing up, we categorically cannot recommend Shores Golden Resort 4 * to anyone for recreation. This hotel is a solid 3 * no more.
