Were in Shores Golden for the first time, although in Sharm for the sixth time. We chose an economy class hotel based on price and quality. The hotel as a whole is not bad, not big, it was 70-80% full - mostly Ukrainians, Belarusians, there were also a few Kazakhs, Poles and Italians. With such occupancy, the queues were only at the opening of the restaurant-dining room for a short time. Sunbeds on the beach and by the pool were always free.
But everything is in order:
Check-in to the room was prompt and without extortion of additional payment, we gave chocolate on our own initiative. Room #151 was by the large pool and not far from the restaurant. Everything worked in the room - plumbing, hair dryer, TV and refrigerator (see photo). The room had a loggia (although the first floor). We didn't use the air conditioner, it was cold. Cleaned no matter when we asked, but the water - 1.5 liter bottle was updated regularly.


The food is standard for a hotel of this level, but the food was not bad.
Every day there was beef, chicken, fish, side dishes: potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. From vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cauliflower, beets, carrots, olives. From fruits: oranges, dates, tangerines, melons, pomegranates, persimmons, etc. In the evening, they cooked fried beef, chicken, liver, shawarma on the grill, and gave boiled crabs. Local liquor, as usual, all from the same barrel and diluted. Beer was not bad - bottled. Wine (red and white) for an amateur and also diluted. If you want to sign up for dinner at the Ala carte restaurant, you need to contact the reception of the Shores Aloha hotel.

The sea - the beach of the Shores Aloha hotel is a 10-minute walk at a leisurely pace. The beach has a not bad bar, which also serves our hotel. There were free sunbeds (wooden) at any time, the staff helps to accommodate and move the sunbeds, the beach is clean, the location is terraced (see photo). It was possible to go near the shore for swimming, but waist-deep and always in shoes.
For those who can swim - a 25-meter pontoon with ladders for access to a live reef. The reef is not bad, especially if you swim to the right of the pontoon. You can see and shoot fish and interesting corals.

Intermediate animation, Happy exercise, dancing, volleyball and darts on the beach. In the evening, a disco for children, then programs for adults - competitions, oriental dances, a fire show, etc. The hotel has a kids club (children's room) where you can take a child. By the way, there were a lot of children of different ages in this hotel. The large pool had a heated children's section.

The hotel is located on El Fanar Street, close (two blocks) to shopping centers, cafes, the 1001 Nights entertainment center, etc. You can go to the "old market" if you are not afraid of a three-kilometer walk. Well, there is where to walk in the evening. In addition, at the reception you can sign up for a free bus to Naama Bay.

We did not take excursions, since this is not the first time in Egypt and in Sharm itself ...
