Who is considering this hotel as an option - be sure to read my review! A lot of text, but honestly.
And so, the hotel was advised to us by the travel agency, they praised the food and the territory very much. For the price, by the way, the hotel cost more than some 5 * options.
The entrance to the hotel already warns that you are NOT in a fairy tale.
The hall is small, stuffy, people who want to catch Wi-Fi clearly do not have enough space.
I must say right away that we are in Egypt for the second time. There is nothing to compare with, before that we were in an ordinary 4 * hotel in the Nabq area.
The territory is primitive and not thought out. Even finding some beautiful frame is difficult to make a normal photo. The hotel offers two swimming pools, one is larger, movable with a slide and active music, and the second is smaller near the dining room.

Accommodation and rooms. We changed our number 4 times. At 14:00 we were given an envelope with a key card. No one escorted us to our room or told us where to go. On the territory there are no signs with information about the numbering. Naturally, we could not find our number. Met the housekeeper and asked. He ran ahead of us, Susanin type. We came to the room, which is located almost in the farthest corner of the territory. The dude immediately hung in his soul, saying that he was giving me $. We froze him, honestly did not want to pay extra for such a service.
Room 1 - a small room, separate beds, a door with a slit (you can see the lock was once gouged and already part of the door seems to be gone), but the most thrill is the view from the window. You open the curtains, and there is the wall of the next block. Wall. At 2 meters. Number 2 - all the same and a view of the fence and construction debris behind it. Number 3 - all the same, view of the fence and the abandoned behind it. Nerves give up, we run with suitcases in the heat, we ourselves are looking for these numbers and one is simply more beautiful than the other. It feels like we are given this kind of shit on purpose.
At the reception, the administrator was shocked, they say they didn’t like it, such a beautiful room. We explain, we have a wedding anniversary, we want to have a normal time, we want to see a normal view from the window, we ask for a double bed. We say if there are no available rooms of our category, we will pay extra. After the word "pay extra" the admin changes his face and says with a smile - come tomorrow morning, I'll decide everything.
The next morning, we resolved the issue with the number through the guide. They told him the whole situation. I didn’t want to show the room right away, I had to raise my voice, and then the guide went to the reception anyway, decided there and we were taken already (can’t be) to see the option. The room turned out to be in a block near the pool, on the 1st floor, with a balcony, a normal view and even with a double bed. Yes, the room is dirty and old (I attach a lot of photos), the refrigerator is full of holes and practically not working, there is mold in the bathroom, urine residue on the toilet, hair, stained towels, dead lime-sized cockroaches on the floor, ants on the balcony and of course mosquitoes on ceiling. But at least not in some kind of ass. We decided to stay in it and try not to focus on the shortcomings.

Nutrition. The restaurant, or rather the dining room is tired, dirty and cramped. The tables are very close to each other, which is not convenient. Taking the plates and walking along the buffet line, my husband and I realized that we didn’t have much to choose from. Vegetables - obviously not today's, some have frankly dried up or fermented. Everything is cut obscenely, rather chopped. The cooks here do not show a drop of love for their work. . Breakfast options are always the same, there are only a few types of them, and the most adequate is an omelette, which is cooked to "hang off" and often with shells.
Lunch and dinner are the same. From the side dish - rice, tasteless potatoes. Beans, steamed vegetables half-baked, cauliflower dirty. Meat - chicken or fish. Fish of the same species is always oily. Bread is not fresh every day. For dinner, they make a grill of the same chicken or fish, and this is a la carte for a little bit to each. There were french fries twice a week, surprisingly tasty. The cakes don't taste bad. Fruits - melon, chopped orange, banana. Watermelon is given in portions and not every day. Drinks - tea, instant coffee, sodas and juices from powder diluted with water, water.
The food is a huge minus of this hotel. Yes, theoretically you won’t be hungry, but you won’t be able to eat deliciously either. I had an upset stomach for several days, and judging by the shared toilet in the hall, I wasn't the only one.
Purity. Is absent. The waiters simply throw off the crumbs on the floor, rub the fat on the table with a dirty rag and you're done. The forks are crooked, the plates are often dirty at the bottom. The floor is washed everywhere in a unique way - they spilled water and smeared it with a rag. From the rooms, bedding and towels are simply thrown on the floor in the corridor, and so this pile can lie around until the evening. Cups are lying around the territory, this is the work of vacationers, but the staff is in no hurry to clean up.
Every evening, the plants are watered with drains, so dinner accompanies the smell of shit. The pool was dirty for several days, there was some kind of garbage floating around. Beds are old, mattresses are dirty. Unpleasant.
Sea. This is a separate issue and we were there 2 times. Not far, 15 minutes slowly. But. From the pontoon - the depth is huge and always strong waves. Demolishes and swim is unrealistic. From the shore, entry on the rocks, the depth is maximum waist-deep. Waves blow you off your feet and throw you on rocks. Swimming is also not realistic. The only plus of the beach is the beautiful view.

The location of the hotel is not bad, there are supermarkets nearby with adequate prices and assortment. 15 minutes walk to IL Mercato, where there is a public pharmacy with good prices. It takes 40-50 minutes to walk to the old town.
Staff. They don't care. Sloppy, arrogant and not interested in quality service.
For comparison, last time we rested in another 4 * hotel. Then they didn’t want to go home, but now they were happy to finally get out of this place! Finally, you can walk on a clean floor, eat fresh food, swim in good conditions.
