Stayed with my wife for two weeks. The settlement is standard: we arrived at about 12:00 put $ 15 in the passport, walked around the hotel for an hour and a half and here is the long-awaited "nice room" overlooking the relax pool. In general, the impressions are mostly positive: food - a solid 5 (grill menu every day, pasta, salads, fruits, ice cream on Fridays plus french fries and pizza on the beach) - they didn’t go hungry. The audience was mostly Russians and Italians (very positive people, sometimes they replaced the animation). Lots of Poles. Everyone smiles at each other. The bartenders near the pool left a good impression. There is a bus to the beach, but walking is not difficult (about 15 minutes), even useful. The sea is very beautiful and mostly calm (unlike hotels located in the northern part , where it is constantly stormy and swimming is allowed only after 12:00). The coral reef is quite long - it is possible to swim away towards the Amphora if you get tired of squishing near the pontoon. A huge number of different fish: we saw a moray eel, quite friendly huddled in the depths of the reef. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, although the service staff does not take care of the Russians as actively as the Italians, but this did not interfere. Our Slavic brothers interfered, constantly feeding the fish with buns from the dining room. Now about the shortcomings. At the ricepshin, I often found a dismissive attitude to ordinary household requests even from our compatriot Xenia, which cannot be said about Italians and other English-speaking guests. I would especially like to say two words about the animators and guide from the tour operator. It seems that their main function in the hotel is additional income from tourists: the guide on excursions and visits to shops, the animators promote paid discos in Naama Bay. And one and the other with a different word like "divorce" does not turn out to be called a language. And all this talk about insurance that is not valid for street operators is a moot point - consult with lawyers, they will explain.
Of the minor flaws, we noticed once a lizard in the room. The need to replace the bed, towels, soap should be reminded to the servants, not forgetting to thank "one dollar". Another minus is the fetid smell of sewage in the evening in the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the animation zone and the bar (pay attention to this when checking in). Therefore, we went mainly to Aloha, where the animation, although Italian, is not boring. In general, the hotel deserves its four, despite the minor flaws that can be found anywhere. I liked the rest, because they looked at many things philosophically and took all the best from the rest. Would recommend the hotel to friends.
