I stayed in this hotel in November. We settled in pretty quickly (we didn’t have to wait until 14.00), paid extra for the best room, but got the simplest one (although the hotel is not crowded), I had to ask again. The second one was a little better. But the lack of sanitation... The floors are not washed at all, there is mold in the shower, the walls are stained, the curtains in the room too, bed linen, towels with stains (especially towels, they did not look clean even after replacement). Very few sockets, the air conditioning was not regulated, the TV was old, antediluvian - the image is terrible. The food is monotonous, I didn’t like a lot (but I didn’t starve), alcoholic drinks are of extremely low quality. But... delicious buns)). The beach is a 15-minute walk, there is a transfer (the time is inconvenient, I used it only 2 times). Wi-fi catches only next to the reception. Animators - none! What else I didn’t like was that when the vacationers lost 400 bucks from the safe (! ) The administration stopped understanding Russian. But the sea is magnificent, in a mask you can see enough of the fish, so I do not regret that I visited Egypt. Maybe I will come again, but definitely not in this hotel. The price-quality ratio is unacceptable.
