I’m resting in Sharm for the third time, I had previously been in more budget hotels, so I hoped that Golden would be more like it, and I was right))
We stopped by during dinner, immediately offered to go eat while they prepare the documents. It is clear that they offered a better room)) and since we wanted a room with one bed and a balcony (not all rooms have a balcony), we had to take it. To the question "hav mach? " the person from the reception said that he could not name the amount like that, it was a "gift" from us. We gave $5 and chocolate.
The room is like everywhere else in Sharm... If you want to find flaws - they are. But happiness is not in the room?! ))) Especially if it is essentially only to spend the night)) from +: hair dryer, there are several Russian and Ukrainian channels, they bring 1.5 liters of drinking water every day. Nothing more to highlight. . .

Staff. All cultured and not pushy, no one insists on chocolate or $. The staff is trying, but they didn’t make swans for us, only once after the chocolate bar the hearts folded on the bed.
Food. For lunch and dinner there was always meat (chicken, fish, beef). Monotonous, but a lot of different, there is plenty to choose from. Of the fruits were: dates, bananas, oranges, tangerines, guava, grapes, pomegranate, persimmon, melon. If you don’t leave the hotel, you can eat all day long, as there are a lot of snacks besides the main meals. )))
Beach. Joint with Alloha, but there is enough space for everyone. There is a wooden pontoon 10-15 meters. There is a small children's entrance, but corals are needed there. Bar, snacks - this is on the beach and is available to everyone. Sometimes, though, you have to stand in line. You can play volleyball and football. Animation starts at 10 am. Sellers of shops walk along the beach and offer to go to them, but it's all unobtrusive, if you don't want to answer, they just say "good night" or "have a nice rest. " The coral reef is dying, but the fish are there. We bought a mask here in the mango market for (! ) $ 8, go in, you won't regret it. From the hotel, 10 minutes walk behind il mercato (approximately opposite the Queen Sharm hotel).
Outcome. Did I like the hotel for my money? Yes. (December 2019, $56.7 nights).
May I recommend it? Yes.
What can be changed to improve? Rooms, namely cleaning and possibly refurbishment.
