I'll be short : )
Minuses:
- the beach is far away, the bus runs on schedule (you may not have time to sign up) and at an inconvenient time (the earliest is only at 9-30, the last is only at 4-15). But there is a way out: in 7-10 minutes, go to the main road, take the blue city bus of the "gazelle" type and get to the Old City (Old Market) for the Egyptian pound, from there three minutes to the beach. In the same way back at any time.
- a beach with a sandy entrance (you won’t admire the corals), it seemed to me not too clean, during peak hours all the normal sunbeds are busy, the all-inclusive system does not work. Again, there is a way out: walk 15-20 minutes to the left (that is, you enter through the gate with the inscription El Kheima and stomp to the left right along the seashore), along the beaches of other hotels until you get to a wild beach. It is very dirty on the shore, but clean and beautiful (corals, fish) in the water.

- nutrition. Not four stars for sure. Fruit quickly disperse (there were only melons, Sliced oranges, dates, once bananas, guava, also chopped). No more than two types of fruit at a time. And the rest of the menu gets boring for 3-4 days. However, they never left hungry. And there are no quibbles about the taste of the dishes either.
- room cleaning: shampoo, toilet. paper, soap - it seems, only on demand. At least they didn't give us anything until they asked for it.
Pros:
- I really liked the staff. I didn't notice "rudeness towards Russians", on the contrary, basically everyone is very friendly, ready to help. Tipping was also not asked. With all their hearts they are trying to learn Russian, but knowledge of English will not be superfluous at all.
- free billiards, air hockey (you just need to have time to take them).
- hair dryer and safe in the room - free of charge.
- one of the cheapest options.
About the work of the tour operator (Pegas Touristik)
The hotel guide - Alena - is not just not a professional, it is generally not clear how she was hired there. He speaks bad English, cannot answer the simplest questions (which road to the beach is shorter, is there a bank in the Old Town, etc. ), is rude to his wards. Through her fault (she mixed up the date on the check) they did not get to the mountain of Moses.
They took a trip to Cairo. Not to say that they regretted it, but there was a feeling of some disappointment. The guide is local, speaks Russian, but with an accent; often repeated; in the Cairo Museum, it seemed to me, he clearly did not give his best. But advice on how to behave at the pyramids, how to take a picture, etc. very useful. Wasted time in the "museums" (read shops) of oils and papyrus.
And, another minus: lunch at a restaurant, we were told that drinks were for an additional fee, so we took bottles of water with us, and so: we were not allowed to drink our water... Like, take it here! In general, we ourselves were convinced that there is a lot of truth in the negative reviews about the work of this tour operator...
Total:

The hotel is a normal option for people who are not afraid to walk, are not going to sit in the hotel all day (animation is only in the evenings, and then every other day), want to save money and, in general, are not too picky. In general, I did not regret the money spent on the trip. But next time I will try a hotel closer to the sea and try to go through another tour operator : )
