I didn’t particularly trust the reviews, I never wrote them - this is the case when I consider it necessary to warn compatriots with good advice, truthful information.
The hotel is sold by Pegasus as 5 *, in fact it is a 3-ka: according to the guide, the Pegasus representative, this is a "bad" hotel.
Let's put it this way: for those who are for the first time over a hill or Egypt, who are students or working youth, I recommend that the hotel has pluses: a reef, a green area, a disco, drinking without restrictions (I don’t drink, I don’t know the quality).
For those who, by status, are management, a manager, a workaholic, respectable elderly couples, families with children, people are not poor (the hotel is not cheap, don’t be deceived, add 10-20 thousand rubles) - that is categorically - past !!
Truth-womb:
-the cleaner forgot to put towels - a couple of times I had to dry myself with a sundress, my hair was also wrapped in clothes;

-Take shampoo, balm - they are given out once upon arrival - and that's not a fact; no soap, begged for baksheesh 3 days before departure from the cleaner (before, there was not even a warehouse for the same baksheesh, shampoo at the hotel costs our 500 rubles 200 ml);
-Take a hair dryer - I didn’t take a picture - this is an ancient mammoth covered in green electrical tape;
-take an iron - upon request when they brought it - I was shocked - the rusty sole, moving away from the base and the plug-mustache tending to each other, plush local firm;
-take your own kettle (there was one in the room) - if you have a baby, you won’t heat the water in it, the plastic smells so much that it’s scary even to rinse fruit with it;
-take beach towels (we did not use it, because it smelled awful, not like after washing and the color of children's diarrhea), if you lose the penalty cards for 1-10 bucks;
-take sheets and pillowcases with you: they are not gray as they say here - they are in terrible spools and this is essentially Chinese torture - it is not possible to fall asleep - the face of the body is scratched;
- definitely ! ! take a fumigator - I saw a bitten baby so that the Siberian taiga is resting!
-take funds from ants (went into the daughter's underwear in a suitcase);
-take a remedy for cockroaches - they were gone for about 10 days (they just didn’t see it))) -then three cockroaches in size 2 by 5 during the day every day!
- it is desirable to have a lizard repeller - one of them was sitting on the ceiling - when in the evening the daughter decided to sit on the terrace (there are also a lot of them during the day - they run around on their legs)
- medicines for the first time also came in handy: she ate everything the same as her daughter, but she took pancakes and yogurt for the first time (I didn’t eat it) - there was vomiting and diarrhea, take enterol + cycloferon on a tablet daily, otherwise you lie in the room for a long time;
- prepare money when you go to the dining room: your child, approaching the distribution of fruit, will see strawberries, pineapple, and other fruits - which we have never seen for all inclusive during the 15 days of our stay - and newcomers joyfully run up - break off - when they find out what it is bucks;

- in general, you always need bucks - take an excursion to the yacht (Rasmukhamed reserve) - there, upon arrival, you will find out that there are no life jackets - as one of the conditions for ensuring safety - the guide kindly advises * to rent for 5 bucks (which I did);
-buses on excursions are often driven by locals, not Pegasus ones, they drive 120 km / h, instead of the prescribed 60, so fasten the kids, and yourself));
- masseurs offer massage obsessively - that's not the right word - you'll just be forced to go there - to get behind - 10 sessions for 45 bucks - who cares - this is at a discount;
-if other hotels have bottled water without special restrictions - in albatrosses, for example - it is always -everywhere - as much as you want - here 2 bottles per day per person in the minibar - guys - this is a disaster - if they were really put daily !! ! you should have seen me in the dining room, cooling water and pouring it into an old bottle . . when I got tired of it, I went to the hospitality-water brought min after 10-thanks to the girls-but the next day they forgot it again !! ! I went to the hospitality every day- Pegasus is just simply playing football - they are sitting like moneylenders with a bundle of banknotes; in the minibar there is also a little juice - joy for the kids - cola and sprite - we refused - this is not a healthy meal....about the food I will say this: for 14 nights there was 1 time turkey, 1 time lamb, 1 time duck - the rest - always stale chicken in different sauces, beef like rubber (hunted for boiled, it is normal); a fish in battered breadcrumbs like jelly - a mess - again they hunted for a whole grilled fish - it was 2-3 times in 14 days. There were steaks and grilled chicken wings - so see the beginning of the review - all this is for young people - whose health will not decrease - normal mono-products - they took tomatoes, cucumbers + something protein - preferably without sauces and grills - as you understand, in 14 days we were tired of it - the a la carte restaurants helped out - the Indian is not bad (I was pleased with both the service and the quality);
-the food is the worst-cold!!!! catch the grill! catch the fresh takeaway of the tray!
-vegetables fruits -almost frozen!!!

-there is no service at all in the dining room - what are you guys talking about, God forbid you find a clean table - the first 3 days upon arrival, I honestly! she herself brushed the crumbs-leftovers from the table onto the floor with a napkin, delicately cleaned the dirty dishes with flies to the side - this was on her own table and tried to fit in with her already plates;
- hunted for napkins, sliced ​ ​ melons - watermelons - if you come late - you won’t get it - this happened more than once (food in general for a SOLID 3-ku) - if you are for a week - then tolerable - you will eat the same thing every other day - but after active swimming, you will no longer care;
- ice cream from 15 to 17 - cone + watery-colored ice mixture - cools - so it goes with a bang - next to it !! ! - maven peak for 4-5 dollars)))) - we recall albatrosses with nostalgia (German chain of hotels - there is a maven peak and many and all inclusive)
- I wanted to take a tour of Israel: but! twice with me from different cities, women got into a situation when they tried to deceive them or they were sold at a price like a 2-day tour - and it was a one-day tour, the other one confused the departure time and she didn’t go, they shook everyone’s nerves - apparently this is how the Pegasus people have fun - the attraction is such ;
- the other went to the mountain of Moses - fell behind the group and was almost raped by a Bedouin; the group did not return for her and she was accused - "that she did not calculate her strength)))) - see the beginning of the recall - but she is far from a pensioner - she had to hide behind a stone on a mountain to spend the night on the ground;
- the taxi drivers at the hotel inside the hotel poison the rest - they are scammers - they took 50 pounds and when they refused to take us (they were waiting for another clientele to fill the car) - they yell: "do not piss! " I told him: "it's not you pissing - now I'll call the policy! " Pegasus sits next to him pretending not to hear - he barely gave this money - otherwise I already dialed the local number of the policy - find it in advance, don't be too lazy - no one will help you in the hotel - not Pegasus , no guest relay, no reception.

- finishes walking up the stairs in the heat in flip flops - well, young people - you can - prepare extended insurance for children, I sincerely dissuade pregnant women from the hotel - it’s dangerous for women - it’s dangerous to walk there - they are not even, these stairs have not been repaired for a hundred years - you stumble all the time ! ! !! ! The bus is not suitable for everyone - if you do not live at the reception - it will not help you much.
- the key to the door was demagnetized - sent her daughter to the reception - they could not recode it - called the cleaner (they were wet in a pareo - they were already late for lunch) - so the key didn’t work for him, they called another cleaner - and he had a problem in the doors, everything is ancient! I had to call the master to fix the lock! how do you understand at the reception, they ran up the stairs and roads made of stone 4 times, back and forth, i. e. 8 times!
- cupboards in the room - doors - can fall on children's feet - be careful!
- constantly called an electrician - to change the light bulbs - which is terrible - after half an hour it was dark again in the room - they went out again - apparently the problem is not in the light bulbs - read or paint in the room darkly; floor lamp did not work;
- the faucet in the bathroom rests on a huge layer of putty; shower without a hose;
- upon arrival, the hotel smelled of sewerage... the sea does not smell;
-furniture in restaurants is old (chairs), only tables have been changed;
- furniture in the lobby - old - I came across a chair without a sponge inside))) - I do not recommend falling into it))
- the safe is small - it’s better not to take a laptop, you can’t put a tablet there either;
- so far - I remembered - and for that I paid 115 thousand (without discounts and with excursions) for 14 nights. I regret that I didn’t take proven hotels, I think Pegasus has bonuses for travel agents and they “honestly” convince that it’s good there. Again, you take a step - people openly, without hesitation - they said in a voice - this is not a 5, this is a 3, you don’t like the hotel, you like the sea - so gentlemen - the sea is everywhere the sea - in any hotel, everywhere in charm corals-fish will be in any way, but when we start to respect ourselves, Russians?

Let's demand cosmetic repairs, clean tables with napkins, hot meals, replenishment of food before the end of dinner, fresh towels and replenishment of the minibar according to the concept - no Arab forgetfulness *, rooms without cockroaches, no Arab tantrum at the bus - what did you rent or lose bracelet - otherwise a fine of 10 euros - for the first time in a traveler's life I see this !! ! otherwise they will not let you on the transfer bus to the airport!
