I'll start from the very beginning. From October 2018, we began to select a hotel for the annual Wnet international conference in Egypt.
We went for a week, the purpose of the trip: a conference and a collective vacation. Our group consisted of 195 people, so it was not easy to find a hotel. Having sufficient experience in organizing such events, over the years we have received our own vision and standards for organizing collective recreation. Satisfying the needs of such a large group is not easy, but we succeeded.
So:
1. Accommodation. We were warned that the hotel accommodates after 14:00 and there are no available rooms with a sea view.
We arrived at the hotel between 9 and 10 am, we were greeted with cocktails and immediately settled into rooms with a beautiful sea view.
2. For the first time in many years, no one in the group paid for a replacement number or for something else.

4. Nutrition. To be honest, I was surprised.
The food is simple and tasty, there is plenty to choose from and in sufficient quantity. (Fish, meat, honey and coconut sweets, bananas, oranges, apples, guava... )
5. Volleyball court. Also pleased.
6. Organization of excursions. Every year we rent several yachts. This year we used the services of our operator and bought an excursion from them. And again, from transfers to meals and diving - everything is organized with dignity.
7. Territory. The territory of the hotel is large enough, there is where to go for a morning jog.
8. The beach is also great. There is a children's beach and it is very good.
9. Pool. Many of my colleagues were with small children. There is a heated children's pool.
10. Photographer. I recommend Mido to everyone. His work is wonderful. He successfully selects a place for a photo shoot, feels the mood and character of his models. Thanks to Mido for great photos for me and my colleagues!
