I was traveling with a one-year-old child, I had all-inclusive food, but they told me that I had to pay extra for breakfast in the amount of $ 6 per person, while I asked for water or boiled milk, they answered that it was not allowed. There was nowhere to shelter the child, I could neither change his clothes nor put him to bed, well, at least there would be some kind of waiting room or something like that, because this is a 5 * hotel, I did not pay for 3 *. When it was time to check in, we were offered options that we could not accept, either separate beds, or something else. It is important that throughout the territory there is not a single ramp for the stroller, we carried it constantly in our hands! 15 kg child + stroller another 10 kg, stairs everywhere, steps everywhere, our rest consisted in the fact that we constantly brought in, then lowered the stroller, despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as a family hotel and for families with children. There is no dietary food, there is none at all. There is no children's menu, there is no food for the age of 2-3 years, although I specified this point in advance, it was important for me that there was food for the child. There is no children's pool as such. One pool was cold, the other was covered. There was no indoor space at all. There is nowhere to swim with a small child. There is a lack of beach towels in the hotel, it was necessary either not to change them at all, or to wait 40 minutes for them to be replaced.
