The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of the tour operator, as it is located on the first line and at that moment it had an acceptable price. The sea is truly gorgeous, the reef is almost half-dead, but still very beautiful, and there are quite a lot of different fish; there are two short pontoons and a little to the left, towards the diving center, a sandy entry into the sea. The descent to the beach is by steps and small terraces, but a taf-taf beach bus runs from the main entrance to the beach. Someone may not like the neighborhood with a diving center, sometimes a film from the fuel of yachts can be seen on the water near the sandy beach. The hotel area is huge, but some areas are abandoned, waiting for renovation. The central part is quite beautifully decorated, there are many lawns and plants. We heard that the hotel was closed for renovation for the last 3 years, but upon arrival we saw that there was no renovation as such - we judged by the condition of the room and the appearance of the buildings. With us, the bar by the main pool and one of the buildings on the lower terrace were being renovated. Nobody swam in the pools, since at that time they were not heated, and the water in them was very cold, the slide, of course, did not work. When there was a strong wind, many settled down on sunbeds by the pools.
On the beach there are several bars, changing cabins, a volleyball court, a towel dispenser, a toilet. There were always enough sunbeds. A little annoying was the constant flanking of representatives of the travel agency, who imposed various excursions.
The food was quite plentiful, but mostly monotonous. Locally produced drinks are of poor quality, only beer was appreciated, white wine was also so-so. Drinks of the desired quality can be immediately bought in duty-free. The baked goods are varied and delicious. There are two a la carte restaurants, but having visited one, we decided not to go to the other. For those who are interested, there is a hookah bar on site.

There was a moment - in the evening they knocked on the room and brought a birthday cake, it was very unexpected and pleasant.
I can’t rate the animation, because we are not fans of such entertainment.
We did not pay much attention to the quality of cleaning in the rooms, we were not so fastidious, but it was clear that there was no special effort. The staff is mostly friendly, there is always someone more polite, and someone politely indifferent, we have not encountered rudeness. If you want to encourage someone, you can bring chocolate or at least lollipops from the plane with you, the locals appreciate it.
Regarding the Internet, there is no internet in the hotel, even in the lobby. The offered free pyramiisa public does not download at all, and you need to buy a faster one from them, basically everyone takes local SIM cards.
Many complain that with a late departure they are left without lunch and dinner after renting a room. According to international standards, this is accepted, you just have to accept it. You can take food from breakfast, stock up on fruit the day before, etc. Some, especially without advertising, leaked out for lunch.
In any case, you won't go hungry.
Near the hotel there is a small market where you can buy souvenirs, fruits, textiles, haberdashery, oils and tea, there is also a pharmacy, a tour desk and a Vodaphone operator's point. The hotel itself also has small shops with a similar assortment; SPA on a paid basis.
You need to take a taxi to the old city and Naama Bay, it is better to take a car outside the hotel after bargaining with a taxi driver. Soho Square is 5 km from the hotel and is full of entertainment, shops and cafes/restaurants.
Try not to pay attention to the shortcomings (it doesn’t happen without them), especially given the local specifics. Ride and enjoy the rest and the sea.
