Holidays in Egypt for the first time and here are our impressions of the hotel and service in general:
1) Once in the hotel it is impossible not to feel a specific smell, which does not give rest until the end of the holiday (the smell is not the most pleasant).
Since we arrived in the morning for breakfast, we understood, but according to the rules of the hotel on the day of arrival included lunch and dinner, so we had to wait for lunch (it was possible to have a snack).
Check-in took place from 12:00, but we were settled soon (thank you very much).
2) Number: we had the usual standard, it looks good already poyuzan. Scattered bathtub with cracks on the tile, air conditioning worked at half power, but in principle you can live, it was quite comfortable (but not 5 *). The room, in principle, has everything you need, every day we were left with a bottle of water on the skin, there was a kettle, tea, coffee (not premium).

3) Food: there was enough food. Fruits: dates, oranges, sometimes melons and grapefruits (for an additional fee the choice was greater).
Meat, vegetables, snacks, salads, side dishes, sweets and. etc. were, but the menu was quite monotonous. I was personally confused by the lack of seafood (sometimes fish). I especially liked the breakfast menu, here +.
4) Service: rooms were cleaned, bed linen was changed, clean towels were regularly added. At the reception, everyone was quite friendly, went to a meeting if necessary. The chefs, bartenders and waiters were friendly.
5) Entertainment: the animators tried their best and even more. Well done. We were disappointed by the lack of a disco on the territory of the hotel (although we were assured that the hotel is ideal for young people and there is a disco in the hotel). Sport was. The gym was (dirty). There was evening entertainment for children and adults.
5) THE SEA IS GREAT and you can still come for it.
