I am writing because I myself made a choice based on reviews.
I was with my wife and 4.5 year old daughter. The room was immediately paid for with a sea view, turned out to be 45 degrees at an angle to the sea and a view of the coast (line of hotels). I really liked the view, especially at 7 am on the balcony to read a book. By the way, the rooms on the 1st floor immediately with access to the path. The room has the atmosphere, which characterizes the word "quality factor". This is not the newest, but the table-chairs on the balcony are wooden and metal, in the bathroom there is a marble countertop, a real bathtub, etc. Feeling like you're at a friend's house. No cockroaches, no ants. Every day they left a dollar, and each time a new figure made of towels, excellent.
Sea: because of the sharks, it was not really possible to swim. The fish were not particularly tempting, the fear of the shark and the Arabs-"whistlers" on the shore did not allow to swim. But the sea is very warm. The beaches are unusual, for different tastes (1st classic with rows of sunbeds, sandy entrance, 2nd and 3rd non-standard with intricately arranged mushrooms and sunbeds). We preferred the 3rd beach with a concrete entrance (very convenient to enter) into the sea to the very depths and sunbeds located in an artificial "beam". One day there was a strong wind everywhere, but there was no wind in this place and we calmly sunbathed.

On the beach there is a volleyball court and a football green field, it's a pity there is no basketball court. 2 tennis tables are occupied almost all the time, sometimes there were scandals about the order. By the way, on the day of departure I saw that construction began on the site of the tennis courts - you can’t play tennis. I didn't like sports animation.
The pool is wildly cold. It was cool to watch how on the 1st day people tried to swim, but on the 2nd day no one climbed. There are few people in the indoor warm pool - up to 20 maximum, and no one at all during lunch, but swimming is not very interesting (although my daughter really liked it).
Territory: in comparison with the Nikitsky Botanical in Yalta and the Aivazovsky sanatorium in Partenit, it loses, but compared to the rest with Naama and others seen on the way home, it is much larger and more beautiful.
Food: Do not believe that your stool disorder is from poisoning. Firstly, there is such a thing as "travelers' diarrhea", and it is necessary to take drugs prophylactically (although I did not do this either). And secondly, fellow countrymen, what are you eating like crazy. The amount of food on the plates is not a sober assessment. "All inclusive" is not good. Only at the end of the rest you take a little food and what you will definitely eat. In general, the quality of food is somewhere in the 4, no more. Restaurants 5 +2 by appointment. My daughter and wife opted for the smaller restaurant in the main building, during the day it's still nice in Italian because of the view (but the food isn't great). The central restaurant, as for me - "canteen". The food at the other hotel "AA Grand Oasis. . . " is a bit worse.
Special HUGE THANKS to the children's animator ANGIE. Superman from Italy, the child fell in love with her. If you have children, there is a children's club during the day (from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 17), and in the evening a children's disco. From the child you can safely relax, fortunately, that the kids club is next to the pool.
In short: RECOMMEND.
Good luck to all!
