I flew from Coral from Minsk for $ 1200 (2 adults + 12 years old child 10 nights).
Comparing what was the hotel under Dessole and now under Otiun, it definitely got worse. Before departure, I wanted to read fresh reviews, there were few of them. When I arrived, I understood why - 93% are Egyptians and a little bit of Belarusians, Serbs, Ukrainians. Especially on weekends, the hotel is packed, about 1000 people.
Check-in - explained that this was not the first time in this hotel, they told us anyway, the owner has changed, your bonuses have been canceled, but still, when I was indignant, they brought a bathrobe, slippers to the room and allowed to go to a la carte restaurants as much as we want.
Room - gave 1209 in a building with an updated interior, a view of the sea and the pool. 1208 for example - a view of the construction site. A day later he gave a buck - they cleaned it normally.
Sauna - does not work, you can see it drilled inside and do not plan to launch it yet.

Disco - not working, used to be a good dance.
The bar in the large pool is not open, so everyone is hustling in the pool with slides. The bar on the beach worked intermittently - then there was no electricity, then booze...
Beach - mattresses for 15% of sunbeds, sunbeds are rusty. The entrance to the sea is sandy, rocky in some places (we take karalki). The sea is beautiful, the lagoon is blue, there are not many corals, but there is something to see. On the left, where divers swim, there are a couple of beautiful places and a little near the columns, near the iron structure on the right there are a lot of fish.
The dining room (I won’t call it a restaurant) is noisy, impudent Egyptians climb out of line, shouting, din, they barely have time to clean up. The chairs are old and shabby. About the fact that drinks were brought, I generally keep quiet. The food is tolerable, the diet is 3+.

They stole branded slates from my son, asked at the reception to look at the cameras who took it, they said the guards would not do this. They say a lot of Egyptians ran over, most likely they stole.
In general, rested more or less normally. To go to the hotel or not - well, if it's very cheap!
