Очень средне Very average

This is my first time in Egypt. Maybe, of course, other hotels are also not very good, but if you look critically, the hotel is very mediocre.
1) Everything is very dilapidated, old
2) It is very close to the airport. You can hear very well and in some places you can even see all the takeoffs and sometimes landings.
3) Often the smell of kerosene (or something like that) is carried by the wind from the airport.
4) The territory seems to be large, but all in steps. nowhere to walk.
5) Some of the buildings are closed for repairs and spoil the view.
6) The beach line seems to be long, but in fact you can swim only on a small pontoon or on 30 meters of a gently sloping beach.
7) There is no Wi-Fi, only at the reception. And then half-dead.
8) The food is very poor, there are almost no fruits.
9) From cocktails - only 2 types - "alcoholic" and non-alcoholic)
10) Local alcohol - impossible to drink.
11) Cola is also diluted with some kind of garbage. Beer is more or less drinkable.
