Were in many hotels, incl. not once in Egypt, there is something to compare.
I will describe the negative that "pleased" us and forced us to solve certain problems in parallel with the rest. I hope someone will help with the choice.
1. Three of us traveled with a 2-year-old child, nevertheless they settled in the most remote hotel room (near the barrier), based on the vast territory of the hotel - this is a good second line. + hiking under 40 degree heat (in the shade) under the sun 150 m. to the first shade with a child is very problematic, based on the fact that this child had to walk often - we get a problem. As for the room - terrible, without a balcony, NO shower (a semblance sticks out of the wall that cannot be turned anywhere). The TV does not work, a stick with a curtain is torn off in the shower (at an angle of 40 degrees). We were moved only after 3 days and trials.

2. After the resettlement, for some reason they forgot to give the key to the 1st door of the chalet (it was open during the settlement). As a result, the whole next day we bowed to the reception with a request to finally give us the key. In the evening they gave (did not fit), another 2 hours, and lo and behold! we have the key. In general, the problems of tourists in the hotel are solved sluggishly, the motto of the hotel is your problem with it and run around and remind us.
3. Number:
3.1 out of 6 (3 floor lamps) bulbs worked 1. They asked to change, the next day they screwed in 1 bulb, reminded again - they screwed everything.
3.2 curtains torn off - repaired after contact
4. Food: terrible. There is simply no choice - rice, potatoes, pasta, beef, fish + vegetables. There is no choice of meat and fish - what was put in front of you then "choose", for example, only goulash or only fish with some kind of sauce. If you want fried fish - go further, maybe another day. The choice of fruits is poor - 4 to choose from: physalis, dates, melon and the fourth - change. Visual design of food for C grade. Another idiocy - there is no coffee and tea in the main restaurant for dinner. In the end, if you want to eat a cake with tea - go through the quest, go to the bar, take tea in disposable dishes (it is NOT allowed to take it out in cups), explain to the staff why you are dragging tea outside the bar and cheers - tea is brought to the cake! One more thing in all restaurants for some reason they ask you to indicate your number, to be honest, it humiliates - there is a bracelet on your hand. Morning coffee in restaurants is terrible.
5. Beach (were near the pontoon):
5.1 Sometimes there are not enough towels, you come to the beach, you wait 20 minutes, you go and find out if there are towels
5.2 NO locally produced juices from packs. If you want to drink water - drink either water or cola / fanta sprite. Or buy juice in the store, drag it to the beach and drink it. For us it was a big disappointment.
5.3 The bartender constantly hinted at a tip, although he did not lift a finger for this. Very enough.
5.4 Shock - after the beer you had to bring the glasses to the bar yourself. The bartender is very busy.
5.5 Sometimes the shower did not work at all, we went to the neighboring beach
5.6 Out of 3 showerheads, only one works
with whom we did not communicate - everyone had an unequivocal opinion - a hotel for 3-ku, and everyone had their own problems.

on the positive side - a good beach, a beautiful sea with fish, a beautiful area, a good playground, a good pool, the room was cleaned well.
