Rested with my husband in this hotel from 17/04 to 01/05-11. Immediately about the bad. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm. When they gave the keys to the room at the reception, they said that the room was new and very good, so it turned out at first glance, but....either fatigue affected, or because in the previous 4 Turkey and 1 Egypt we had no problems with numbers It was, we lost our vigilance. When checking in, they checked the operation of the safe, the water in the tap, the air conditioner and that's it. The room was really freshly renovated, clean with normal plumbing. Taking a breath, we noticed that part of the leg was missing on the bed at the head, the lock on the loggia did not work, and there was no toilet paper. Going to dinner, I went to the reception and said about the problem, the fixers came half an hour after our return from dinner. I will not describe how the bed was repaired for us, I will only say that it was not so much tools that were used, but for the most part the legs of the repairers. Well, with grief in half, the bed was repaired with a lock on the loggia, too, it's time for the goodies, and here the main surprise came up, the water pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was no longer enough for a shower. Quietly swearing, they washed themselves as best they could, given that the faucet was placed almost close to the bathroom itself, they practically could not do it. Well, the air conditioner was a bonus, it worked so loudly that there was no way to fall asleep, turn it off, stuffiness, open the loggia, mosquitoes, in short, the first night did not work out. At 9 o'clock the next day, a meeting with the guides, they really hoped for it, turned out to be in vain. Our guide from CORAL explained to us that assistance in such matters is beyond his competence, he can only convey our wishes to the reception, but does not guarantee anything and immediately began to book trips. When asked how you can live for two weeks without washing, he was even offended. I must say right away that 50% of those who came to the meeting had similar problems with numbers, but our guide did not care. Again I went to the reception, this time to change the room, there were no available rooms (ridiculous, the hotel is less than 50% full), they asked me to come after 12-00. I approached, there were no numbers again, they asked me to come after 16-00, I approached, again not, and as soon as I voiced the problem, the receptionists immediately stopped understanding Russian. I asked to translate the guide from TEZ, that if the number is not changed, I will come to the reception with a washcloth and shower gel and I will wash in the middle of the hall (they have an artificial lake with a waterfall there), strange, but it worked, the number was found. By the way, no one tried to fix our shower, apparently they knew about the weak pressure and settled on the "maybe a ride. " This time the room suited us completely. Freshly renovated (new building), new furniture, a good shower and even water, plasma, however, without a loggia, but we did not suffer, it was not interesting to feed mosquitoes on it in the evenings, and they only came to the room to sleep.
Separate restaurant song. Despite the fact that the hotel is not even half loaded, two restaurants could not cope. They set up new buildings, but they didn’t think over where to feed the vacationers. Constant queues, for some reason they write down the numbers of the rooms, and what I heard, I wrote down. The staff does not have time to clear the tables and serve them, because they also deliver drinks, in short, they saved on staff. There are no queues only in an Italian restaurant, well, you won’t, there is pasta every day.
And last but not least, beach towels. There are four pick-up points on the territory of the hotel. Two at the pools and two at the beaches. Where did you take it and you need to return it, tk. numbered towel cards. In general, if you migrate around the territory and swim here and there, then you still return to the original one, and given the territory of the hotel, this is not convenient, and not a fact, if you handed over towels near the beach (so as not to return) and crossed to the pool, they will be there. And yet, towels are not brought before 8 am, and the beach and pools are open from 7, like this.

And now general impressions. I liked the hotel, the rest too, despite the obvious disadvantages. Large, green and well-groomed territory. In clear weather, a magnificent view of Tiran Island. The staff is generally friendly, especially if you are kind to them (although there were precedents for ignoring Russian-speaking guests), and no one has yet canceled the tip. They didn’t go hungry, they didn’t suffer from a chair. The Fusion restaurant had a barbecue for dinner, very tasty chicken, good beef and fish on skewers. We went to the Chinese a la card, did not like it. The sea is super, the fish directly "walk" on the legs, of course, if you go with children, then only to the pool. A mask is a must, coral slippers are highly desirable, we cut ourselves a bit. The proximity to the airport did not interfere, but the raids of boats on certain days (excursions to the island of Tiran) were somewhat annoying, but not fatal. We went on an excursion to Israel (not from Coral, of course, from a local agency, the difference in price is 110 USD per person) and visited the local shopping center Naama Bay. By the way, if you don’t take a taxi right next to the hotel, but walk a little to the road, then you can get there for $ 5 per car, if you eat four, it’s generally very cheap. Advice, take a taxi, don’t take private traders, these at least have rights and they are at least somehow controlled, and given that they don’t drive around the city at less than 120 km / h, then it’s still worth playing it safe.
Didn't want to leave.
