This time, I can't speak.
I must say right away that I am tolerant of holidays in the budget five. I understand perfectly well that I'm not flying to Pixos, that I can't demand much, but what I got in the end is, of course, too much.
Traveled with a friend. In Egypt - the first time, a friend in Egypt for the second time. (before that they rested in Turkey)
This hotel was recommended to us by an employee of my friend who was there in July. She liked everything very much. (how many people have so many opinions)

ABOUT THE HOTEL: a large territory, for this, probably, they got their top five, because there is nothing else for it. It seemed to me that the hotel is more focused on Italians. Somewhere around 40% Italians, 45 Russian-speaking tourists, and 15 all the rest. Attitude is ok. If you do not spread your fingers and do not shout "I'm paying money here, you owe me" but just ask politely, then you will get whatever you want. Be human and you will be treated like human beings.
ACCOMMODATION: There were two options: 1) The main building near the reception, or 2) a room on the outskirts, numbers that start with 6 ...where all Russian speakers are accommodated. Of course, we chose the Heads. Corps, and in the end, it was probably our mistake (why - read on). They settled us through 2.5. hours, they cleaned for a very long time, but we ourselves agreed to wait, and besides, our vacation began, we were not in a hurry, there was a lot of time. But the problem is not that I had to wait 2.5 hours, but the fact that in the Heads. bldg. - bugs live.
I want to say right away about the bracelets. In some reviews, they wrote to distinguish where foreigners are - Italians, Germans, etc. , and where are Russian-speaking tourists.
So, there is nothing like that, the Arabs, even without bracelets, perfectly understand where the Russian-speaking tourists are, and where the Germans are and where the Italians are.
It all depends on the service: Orange bracelets - all inclusive, blue - soft all inclusive (drinks for an additional fee) mostly from Italians.
ROOMS: In the main building, the furniture is quite worn out, but somehow I don't care. In the end, we only slept there)) ...and the presence of new furniture is not the main indicator of a good rest. Cockroaches - no.
CLEANING: OK. Towels were changed every day, bed - not everyone.
FOOD: food is not for the five, even the budget. Once I was in the top three in Turkey, and I will tell you, and the choice and quality of food in the top three, much better than in this hotel, BUT they did not remain hungry either.
As for drinks: Alcohol, as elsewhere, is no better or worse. Soft drinks: cola, jupi, water. It is impossible to drink coffee and tea in restaurants, it feels like they are brewing and
From tap water. More or less drinking coffee in the LOBBY Bar, BUT there is coffee for an additional fee. All inclusive until 23-00. . further for additional fee.

STAFF/SERVICE: After visiting Egypt, I realized that I don't like Arabs to put it mildly. VERY intrusive.
I certainly understand, they were trained to approach guests and ask "All is well", but not every 5 minutes during tomorrow, lunch and dinner. By the end of the holiday, I already hated those two words. In addition, the Arabs interpret the normal human politeness on the part of the guests (of course, the girls) in their own way and offer “go outside”. Still, in high-class hotels, the staff should not be so arrogant. For this hotel, it's overkill.
But not everything is so bad with the staff. We had a case. We arrived, finally settled in, and lost the key for joy (they sowed in the room)))) fine for the lost key - 15 dollars. But, nevertheless, the receptionist himself suggested to us that the duty officer would open the room for us, and that perhaps there would be a key so as not to pay a fine. On the trail. morning we found the key)))
BEACH: There are three beaches. Two pontoons, one sandy. There are always more than enough sunbeds.
THE MOST INTERESTING: you could put up with everything and not pay attention, if, after all, it wasn’t for BUGS! ! ! Upon arrival in Kyiv, on the trail. day on the body of a friend appeared red spots (see photo). The conclusion of the dermatologist - insects bitten, most likely bedbugs.

CONCLUSION:
I will definitely not return to this hotel, and to Egypt too, there is no great desire to return. If it weren't for the case with bedbugs, everything would be fine, but BUGS, it was too much.
Think carefully before going to this hotel.
If you still choose this hotel, you may be luckier than us. This is a matter of chance.
But in any case, have a good rest!
Good luck.
